  • Physically Durable: Energy, kinetic, sonic and even lightsabre weaponry are all things which the Kabe armor was designed to withstand. Composed of a variety of strong composite armors, each with several layers to them, alongside integrated underlays and sounding dampening systems, the Kabe Heavy Security Uniform does a fantastic job at keeping its wearer safe from a large array of physical attacks.
  • Comfortable: Intended to be wearable by its primary operators (Nakaioma security personnel) for hours at a time, despite its large and bulky appearance, the Kabe uniform is actually particularly comfortable for its class. Equipped with temperature control systems, a smooth inner bodyglove, as well as insulated gloves, socks and boots. These 'quality of life' upgrades came following a large number of complaints from the initial test runs.
  • Connected: Integrated with the Tōkai-series Biohexacrypt communications encryption module, as well as optical information systems that can provide real-time data sourced from on-site or off-site command staff, and bio-monitoring sensors to keep both superiors and fellow teammates aware of the wearer's health condition. The Kabe uniform provides wearers with the ability to become well-integrated into their squad and keep up to date.

  • Bulky: Not for the weakest among us, the Kabe uniform is both physically large, as well as somewhat heavy. Made up of dense, and sometimes obstructive armored materials that cover the majority of the wearer's body, it can become quite intrusive when it comes to everyday, not security or combat related tasks. Sitting down for example can prove quite irritating when most of your body is covered by thick plating and armor-infused, thick fabrics.

The Kabe Heavy Security Uniform is the name given to the apparel and body protection equipment given to Nakaioma Security Services' soldiers when deployments call for it. Mostly seen on personnel responsible for the protection of Nakaioma and Nakaioma-affiliated facilities or assets, the KHSU is frequently- though not regularly requested to be given to personnel contracted for private clients, as most clients in this regard do not need such heavy-duty soldiers. Composed of three layers, a durable temperature-controlled bodyglove as the inner most layer, followed by the security duty uniform over it, the name of the outfit that comprises of the exposed segments of camouflaged absorbital-cryamech composite infused synthweave-fiberplast fabric behind the outer most layer of the primary protection slabs, thick pieces of duraplate covered by synthmesh. The helmet, as well as the knee and elbow guards of the uniform are made from betaplast, ensuring strong kinetic resistance.

Designed not to rely on electronic means or shielding to protect its wearer, as both can in many scenarios be compromised. The Kabe Heavy Security Uniform is entirely made-up of solid, conventional materials which offer the wearer a great deal of protection from energy, kinetic, lightsaber and even sonic attacks to a large extent due to the helmet's powerful in-built ear-protectors. Though the armor and uniform overall provide little defense against the Force, chemical or biological attacks, external third party gas masks will be required for any security personnel operating in hazardous conditions. Relatively expensive to manufacture, especially on the scale needed to supply the Nakaioma Security Services, the armor has long since been a source of internal controversy within the board of directors due to the cost of producing and distributing it to the troops. However it has persistently fought off several attempts since its inception to replace it with cheaper, but weaker alternatives.

Positively reviewed by the personnel it was tested on in its initial phases of development, excluding some issues of comfort which would later be addressed with 'quality of life' upgrades, the KHSU has gone onto become quite popular within the corporation's ranks. Generally comfortable with its insulated, waterproof and heat-retaining boots and effective temperature regulating inner bodyglove, the uniform and armor are intended to be suitably wearable for numerous hours on end, as many Nakaioma security soldiers are often tasked with long shifts and patrols depending on their assignment. This way the combat effectiveness and general readiness of the wearer will not be too negatively impacted by discomfort and the pressure of holding up a good deal of heavy weight. Compatible with much of the corporation's external technological components such as its cybernetics and communications systems, the KHSU can be fitted in a variety of manners to best suit the task ahead of the wearer.
