So, this is listed as a character account and not a writer account. I'd been noticing I couldn't create new subaccounts, but I only just saw this. Can someone help me out?

When I looked at your listed faces, not one of them is listed as a writer account, you can only make subs from the writer account so, this could be why. I don't know how this happened, but did you perhaps have deleted or unlinked an account?
