Just like the Shapers of Kro Var

There are a lot of mysteries in this world, mostly surrounding the force and also how Valdra kept pulling stuff out of no where. As the dust cleared, Valdra used Pyrokenetics to light a bunch of fireworks at once and threw confetti everywhere, "She's alive!" He pulled out a second rose and tossed it to her, "Bravissimo, little Sparrow." As the celebration came to an end he smiled and approached her, "How do you feel? Think you are getting the concept of Wind Shaping?"

She laid down on the grassy fields just as he threw the other rose at her. The exercises were exhausting her body and she needed to take a short break. The fireworks that launched into the clear sky had no contrast; yet they were still very much beautiful. Valdra…was a strange one. Childish, arrogant, and…well, weird. Republicans. Sitara thought, as she closed her eyes for a second.

He approached her, and he shifted her gaze towards the white-haired figure. She smiled for a moment, letting the question sink in before properly replying.

How do I feel? I dunno. Different? Exhausted?” She spoke, her voice was soft, her breaths were heavy. The taller man kept calling her little sparrow; but Sitara felt more like a hawk. Maybe someday, someday she’d show him. Haunt him down and untwist his white panties. It sounded like a plan.

And yeah, I guess so. All thanks to you and your wonderful hands. " She winked.

"My hands are pretty wonderful, though you aren't done yet, but the hard part is over. Ever want to learn martial arts? Wind Shaping and all shaping is best paired with hand to hand combat, but first lets eat." Valdra left for a moment going to his ship and returning a few moments later with some pizzas that were warm from sitting in a heating box. He placed them down beside her. He then unseathed his large sword on his back and stabbed it into the ground and flopped down on the other side of the boxes next to her. He grabbed himself a slice and enjoyed the heavenly type of food.

"So Sitara, why did you join the Sith without being intune with the dark side? Not that you must be, but it is usually common among the Sith. Long answer please." He took another bite until his slice was gone. He then grabbed another slice and listened to her words.

The man had surprised her with boxes of food; pizza. Sitara did love junk food as much as anyone else did, and she was happy to be able to eat something with tomato sauce and meat. She grabbed a slice, after he sat down next to her and offered her one. She smiled, taking in the slice of dough. Her teeth sank into it and she chewed.

The flavours were good, though was probably your average take-out pizza. He had rewarmed them for the both of them and she enjoyed it. She sat there pondering, before his voice snapped her back into reality.

Why’d I join? Good question.” She said. It was a question many others had asked her, though she didn’t understand why lots of people were so curious. “Well, to be honest, it sounded like something fun to do at the time.” She told him, a smile plastered on her face. “Long story short without all the other details: I was bored.

Darth Valdra broke into a hearty laugh. "You were bored?! That is priceless!" He took a bite of his pizza that was indeed take out, but he couldn't cook to save his life so to him this was perfect. He enjoyed his 4th slice and looked at her taking in her, not by appearance, but her Force signature, something seemed off, she was hiding something just like he was hiding something. "I am going to teach you something, martial arts, one style that will compliment Wind Shaping with wind and strong movements. With these two skills alone you can defeat armies without even drawing a weapon or blood."

He stood up and began his stretching to prepare for the training. He then used his sword stuck in the ground to hang up his coat and his shirt so that he was only wearing pants. He also slipped off his boots. He reached into his coat and grabbed some rolls of wrapping tape and tossed her two. "Take off your shoes at least and warp your feet and hands, but not too tight or it will restrict flexibility." He then wrapped his hands and feet and turned to her, " I feel like the first two trails were taunting enough so we won't spar unless you want to, instead I want you to mirror my moves, whenever you are ready we will begin."

She took another bite out of the pizza slice. He seemed amused by the fact that she was bored. Yes, the sith were amusing. It was why she was here after all. She smiled, but then he got up and left the rest of the pizza behind. Was he seriously going back to training now? They just started eating!

He started to strip and Sitara raised an eyebrow. Wasn’t this guy purer than thou? She laughed as he tossed her two rolls of wrapping tape before telling her to strip as well. “You’re kidding.” She stated, as she kept biting into her pizza. “At least let me finish eating first, geez.” He worked fast, he moved fast. She…kinda just wanted to lull about and play with the wind some more.

She finished her slice of pizza and stripped the sweater off, revealing a grey tank top underneath. She started to unroll the wrapping tape before wrapping her hands and her feet. “Okay captain. Ready when you are.”

"Oh no, finish eating, you look so attractive when you eat, especially with that sauce stain on your shirt." Valdra winked as he said his quip to finally return her own teasing back at her. She must have not like it since she took off her shirt when al he said was take off your shoes."Now, stretch before we get started so you don'y pull anything." Valdra continued his stretches until he felt lose enough to begin. He watched and waited her and if she looked up while she was stretching he would simply wink and then laugh a little. He didn't really understand this woman, but as an Echani he found it hard to dislike a woman who was such a natural fighter and had the courage to continue pressing on. Once she was ready, he would begin with an introduction.

"So the style that best goes with Wind Shaping is called Baguazhang. It is much like Tai Chi with it's wide and flowing movements, but it is quick and full of power. Like Fire and Water Shaping it is an open palm simply meaning do not make a fist, keep your palms open. Many don't know this, but open palm can be just as even more powerful than closed palm. Your beginning stance can become your own, but the proper one is known as Horse Stance." Valdra began by facing her and powering. He then breathed in and bent his legs like he was siting on a horse. His palms were out in front of him facing her and bent. As he pushed out his hands he breathed out. "The Force, it is living and breathing and moves through us, empowers us. Martial Arts is all about learning to master the force and letting it empower you. A master Martial Artist will be unstoppable because of this. As such, breathing helps harness your power so your breathing must be controlled and used to empower your moves. Moving in, breath in, moving out, breath out. Now follow my movements to the best of your ability.

He began by breathing in and then stepping out with his right foot and then breathing out. He whirled his arms as he moved out ending with his right arm out and left back like holding a large rock. He then put his weight on his fight leg lifting of into crain pose and brought his leg down kicking the ground and shot a blast of wind with his right hand. He then returned to horse stance.

Funny. Sitara rolled her eyes as he pointed out the small dab of tomato sauce that had spilled on her outfit. She merely took her index finger and swabbed it, before sucking on the finger to rid it off the sauce. Disgusting for others, sexy for some Sitara thought. “You could have a taste if you want.” She could submerge her entire being in tomato sauce and still come out looking like a vixen. Was she self-absorbed? Maybe. Did she had a right to be? Probably not—but she was awesome, and she wasn’t going to let anyone take that away from her.

Her shoes had been removed since she had to roll up her feet with the bandages. Now he wanted her to do some stretching? She chuckled. Yeah, make that a good show for him. She could see him eyeing her once she started, and even gave her a wink. She fluttered her eyes, making sure he had a good view of her body as she she stretched. “Like what you see?” She teased. She was a runner, she was conceited; she knew what she was doing.

He told her to keep her palms open, which she did. She mimicked his stance, her legs spread apart, her knees bent. She kept her body relaxed though her form was strong. He wanted to let the force empower her, well, she’d do that. The question was, whether the outcome of everything would be good for her. The position wasn’t something you’d like to be in for a long time, and in all honesty, she felt silly looking like this. "Okay...?"

Valdra on the other hand probably spent a lot of time doing this. Who his teachers were? Sitara didn’t know nor did she care to ask. He’d reveal himself to her when he felt like it. She still couldn’t trust someone who came from the republic to teach her such things.

However, she did train, and she did specialize in some sort of martial art.

If Kama Sutra counted.

When Sitars had offered for him to have a taste he smirked, "I am not a fan of shirt, it is a bit too high in fiber for my taste. " He then watched her lick her finger and an eyebrow lifted along with a lip in a face of disgust, "Do boys really find that attractive?" As he watched impatiently while she stretched he laughed at her response and added, "Not really, her stretching needs some serious work. You look like an old lady getting out of bed." He knew this would probably only be funny to him, but she was so confident in herself he wanted to have fun toying with the confidence.

Valdra raised out of his position and walked over to her, "Hold your stance." He examined her horse stance which was a tedious, but vital thing to learn. People would train students by making them hold horse stance for horses which strengthened the core. He used the Force to examine where she was focusing her energy. He legs were centered, but off slightly and her waist was good, but her shoulders were a bit off which put her arms off, "Beautiful Sitara, but bend lower and slightly bend forward, you want to keep a low center of gravity in this stance. From what little experience I have from meeting Jedi, which honestly isn't much having only spent a month in Republic when I was a bit younger than you I learned that they favour the falling leaf attack. If you are without a weapon, then Horse stance is perfect because you are lower so they must land first before attacking which gives you the advantage. It also provided you with the ability to use a wind attack before they land and a powerful one at that. Here, let me give you a test per say."

Valdra packed up and held his hands out like a man on a cross and summoned the wind to him and only him. As he stood it was clear that in the wind he was needing use more strength in his legs to stay balanced, but even then he swayed a little. He would then send wind to whip around her, but if her stance was right she would be unmovable do to the low center of gravity. "Some teachers have their students do horse stance for hours on end and this can continue for years. While it may seem like a trivial thing, the longer you hold it you will feel the burn in your legs and stomach and even your shoulders, but it is strengthening you." He then stopped the wind as it was merely a demonstration, He could feel it now, he had been training her for a few hours now and he was very out of practice in Wind Shaping so it was tiring him.

"Now, I personally believe Martial arts is of the mind and soul so keeping in mind that the style we are learning is wide fast movements I want you to free style and just have fun with it. Move like you are the wind, gentle and beautiful in your movements, but dangerous and deadly in your inner power. Move with, not against the wind." He then harnessed the wind to move around her gently in all sorts of directions. After 20 minutes of gentle movements he would have the wind pick up, but not harshly, but meant to make her free style the gentle and then powerful side of the wind.

Like an old lady getting out of bed? This guy’s insults made her question how exactly he became a sith lord. Probably wasn’t because of anything relating to the Silver Tongue, that’s for sure. She grinned, forcing up an obviously fake chuckle before rolling her eyes.

He was criticising her stance and she felt uncomfortable bending over and lowering herself some more. She held back the words she was going to say, just because they were probably a little too inappropriate. She snickered, but followed his command. God this burned. Did people really do this all the time? Who could possibly spend their days just getting into this uncomfortable stance?

Those were only some of the questions that ran through her mind. He started making wind whirl around her, trying to get her to lose her balance. She stayed strong however, and resisted fighting against the wind. She could definitely feel it strengthening her, but she wasn’t sure if she kept wanting to go on with the bloody horse stance or not. By god, this hurt her thighs more than running. She wanted to go and take another break, possibly finish the rest of the pizza he had laid out.

The problem with the next exercise was that he was instructing her to do the opposite of the Horse Stance. While the stance had asked her to stay resilient against the wind’s blowing; dancing with the wind asked her to follow it, to be able to feel its motions with the rest of her body. She was a runner, she was a party girl. When was the last time she did anything as silly as ballet?

Ah but if there was one thing about Sitara that connected her to the wind was that she was indeed like a little bird; she demanded to fly and not be caged.

Her eyes closed and she’d feel the wind caressing her locks. She could feel the cool breeze beckoning to her, calling her to come and dance with it. Her legs picked up and soon enough she found herself moving along the breeze; allowing herself to be swept away by its turbulent currents.

Her arms would swing along clemently, and she was carried away like a feather fluttering through the air. Her feet would hit the ground like a dancer; though still struck it hard enough to retain that she was in fact, powerful. A series of harsh kicks and throws would be combined into her little dance, as though she was pushing the wind away and pulling it back to her.

Once the wind picked up, so too would she; and so they continue their dance.

| [member="Darth Valdra"] |

As the dance continued in the fury of the wind, leaves would join in. The leaves weaved in and out and around her, but it not in a harmful way. The leaves, just like the wind were following the lead o the wind. Valdra had stopped halfway through her harder dance and now she was leading the wind like a true shaper. Valdra smiled, he had known death, he had known pain, suffering, darkness, light and every other emotion under the suns, but it was moments like these, beautiful moments that made him remember why he had spent the last 24 years learning to protect.

He knew it would be a while for the Sith to know why Valdra was a Lord among them, but that was because he was flawed. He had trained to be one thing and one thing only; a killer and he had already killed more than the Sith he surrounded himself with. He was not good and talking to people, socializing, philosophy, diplomacy, strategy or most of the teaching aspects, he just knew how to fight and not die. Before him though was a confident woman, but someone who wore masks. She appeared to him to value her beauty, the attention of others, and self worth, but to him she seemed just as lost and angered with the world as he was.

He watched as her movements flowed together, she had much to learn, but this was only one training and if she wanted to stick to it there would be many more that would make her a master of the air, an uncaged bird bond by no cage or sky to keep her down. He enemies would not only fear her power, but respect her ability. He had trained many since coming to the Sith, but this one was different, she had what it took among other things, to be something great, but it was all a matter of if she would press on or be consumed by her anger and desires, One things was for certain, since meeting her it was in this moment that he actually found her beautiful.

Valdra yawned and looked to the sky as the suns began to sit. "Might as well finish this food if you are still hungry and head back to the temple, you have done exceptional today and practice will only make you better. I can help you continue your training if you wish it, but here is a scroll that if you want to learn alone without my help you may." Valdra handed her the scroll, an old form of keeping records, but it was what he preferred. He put his shirt and jacket back on and looked at the sky, then it hit him again. The vision he had of Fire and a burning planet, it was becoming more and more clear now.

She truly felt as though she was being swallowed by the gales that had come to join her in her little dance. They fluttered in the wind and followed her every movements. This wasn’t exhausting; this little game was actually enjoyable and perhaps Valdra actually knew what he was talking about.

Did she want to be a real shaper?

It was a question she’d have to ask herself later on. She knew little about them, and if their philosophies didn’t match hers then she’d have a problem. Sitara was problematic after all and didn’t really enjoy being tied down by ideologies she didn’t follow. It was why she joined the Sith after all, she wanted to be released and the Force gave her that taste of freedom.

The sunlight hit her skin as she came to a halt. Valdra was either bored or tired. Geez. She simply couldn’t stop rolling her eyes at this guy. He was…well…different. His personality was eccentric as heck and she didn’t know if she liked it or disliked it. Then again being conventional sucked.

Don’t mind if I do.” She said, as she walked back towards the box of pizza. She took a bite, and he tossed her a scroll. She caught it with her clean hand, not wanting to dirty it up with the grease and cheese on her dominant hand. “Thanks.
