If I was to make a non cybernetic organ or limb, what tech template should I use for that?

Depends on what you want the limb to do I guess. As its a non cybernetic but is it made from flesh or metal? And what is this limb meant to do?

I plan on making a "Build a monster" workshop and would be making submissions for all sorts of organs and limbs for various purposes. The person buying these organs or whatever else I have put up would request perms from me, then can make their own custom monster sub that has different strengths and weaknesses depending on the organs used.

This approved sub sounds similar to what you described. It looks like AMCO used the Cybernetics & Bionics template.
