June Ashikaga was born in an upper class family in Atrisia, the eldest child of the Ashikaga Group, an Atrisian Zaibatsu - which is an old corporation in Atrisia that haven't expanded offworld under his father's era. He was a direct heir to the family business of his father Guko Ashikaga. June Ashikaga suffered from mental disorder due to how his father abused him and her mother, and being a womanizer. A sociopath was born in the Ashikaga Group. By the time June reached his teenage years, his mother killed herself while his father suffered from a heart attack in which he got hospitalized. June plotted the murder which he successfully murdered his father as a revenge for the mother. There were witnesses in the murder, his second brother and the doctor who handled Guko Ashikaga. June demanded to cover this up or they'll be rid of from existence, and they followed his instructions. This made his second brother lowkey hate him for the rest of his life.
While June attended Coruscant University for his degree as a doctor, his second brother temporarily became the face of the Ashikaga Group where the second brother guided the prosperous and expansive Ashikaga Group outside Atrisia in a matter of a decade and counting. With the Ashikaga family belonging to the traditional Zaibatsu clans in Atrisia, there's no doubt that there'll be competition with other Zaibatsu clans. But through innovative measures of June Ashikaga's second brother, the conglomerate survived without June and opened up offices (especially pharmaceutical offices) in the other Core World planets and Outer Rim. Meanwhile, June came back from the company after graduating his doctors' degree in the Coruscant University. This is where they have heard that a nomadic empire is somewhere at the Outer Rim. They actually found the nomadic fleet and were able to infiltrate the Elysium hierarchy in exchange for being 'aligned' to the nomadic Elysium Empire. June has no problems with it since he saw the potential of this future nation-state. Right now, the Ashikaga family is one of the resurging upper class families in the Empire where they establish their presence by creating pharmaceutical offices etc. for the Elysium Empire, where they take no sides but themselves. Family first, the Empire second.

Strengths and Weaknesses
+ Genius-level intellect: He is an expert at mental and emotional manipulation for personal gain, and for the Ashikaga Group. He possesses a thorough understanding of the human mind, and thus human behavior, giving him a major advantage over most foes.
+ Peak Human Condition: He exercises intensively and extensively--he has been shown training with weights and performing cardiovascular and gymnastics routines on a regular basis to keep himself in peak condition.
+ Blaster Pistol Expert: Since the Ashikaga Group is a Zaibatsu clan where they also engage in illicit business, June trained himself to be a blaster pistol expert just in case things go south.
+ Knows how to hide his true colors: In the world of Zaibatsu or business world in general, showing your true colors is a sign of weakness unless you're with your closest circles and families. June is already expert at this since he's a sociopath.
- Sociopath: Childhood traumas and his harsh upbringing (despite belonging to an upper class family) made him what he is today. Being a sociopath.
- Impulsive: This has something to do with sociopathy. For example, when someone makes mistakes, he gets mad.
