DESCRIPTION
John Doe created the Joykiller accidently while tinkering with a new power cell for his blaster. The cell fell on a durasteel plating and emitted some of it's energy. The force of it managed to send John flying across the room, with a new idea for a weapon. Armed with two small durasteel pressure plates that are fastened on the palms of his hands through straps, the plates are wired to a small power cell on John's body. Electricity is dispensed through the activation of the pressure plate; namely, by shaking hands with someone, although it can be activated by any sort of pressure, like a hand to the shoulder or chest. The amount of voltage delivered is potent, enough to outright kill lesser beings, and lethal when in contact with most people in around 5-10 seconds. If a lethal dose of electricity is not delivered, the victim will still, most of the time, be stunned. The weapon's effectiveness amplifies against a wet or metallic subject.

(OOC: The writer that is attacked with the Joykillers will determine how long the duration of the attack lasts and how much of an effect the weapons had on him/her.)
