OOC INFORMATION
Intent: To create a set of SpecOps armor for Jhiaga Shiwr
Canon Link: N/A
Restricted Missions: N/A
Primary Source: N/A

PRODUCTION INFORMATION
Manufacturer: Galactic Empire
Model: SS-100
Affiliation: Jhiaga Shiwr
Modularity: No
Production: Unique
Material:
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Classification: Stealth
Weight: 5Kg
Quality: 7

SPECIAL FEATURES:
  • Blaster Resistant
  • Blade Resistant
  • Stealth
Helmet:

Gauntlet:

Boots:

Strengths:
{+} Stealth is my ally: Because of the extreme light weight and cloaking device this set of armor is extremely handy for a person who values stealth.

{+} Resistance: Blasters and Blades will have their work cut out for them, trying to pierce this special Armorweave.

{+} Mobility: To move around in this suit is just like moving in one's own flesh.

{-/+} Don't do that again: EMP/ION devices would have a devastating, yet temporary effect on this armor's systems. Because of the work put into the device's systems they have a good ability to reboot after such damage, yet it will still take nearly five minutes for all systems to come back online.

Weaknesses:
{-} Best Defense is a good offense: Even though this armor has a considerable defense for it's class it is still susceptible to sustained assault and lightsabers.

{-} Electricity is not ideal: This armor grants the user mobility and speed, yet it's Stealth and combat functions can be harmed by excessive electrical interference. Because of the Asheran Armorweave the armor is weave and by extension the armor is made into a massive conductor that is susceptible to electrical output.

{-} That didn't feel good: Because of the thin fibers used when creating the armor and the use of plasteel over a stronger material, this armor does not suffer kinetic damage well.

DESCRIPTION:
Through the need's of war weaponry is born. The X-100 series prototype was an Imperial SpecOps Armor design that was accidentally leaked before it's production could take place. Because of this the project was thoroughly scrapped, however it is believed that prototypes were made outside of the Galactic Empire's sphere of influence. Sold from one customer to another on the black market it is a widely sought out piece of equipment.

Specializing in Speed and stealth over brute force and armament this suit is the companion of any special forces operator, spy, or assassin. With a personal stealth field generator that allows the user to hide himself from the naked eye it is a truly dangerous set to be had. The armor was meant to be versatile and used by only the most highly trained individuals, so much so unconventional equipment was placed in the armor to test the user's ability to operate with it.

Personal Cloaking Device
  • That's a Restricted Material. If you want to keep it, you're going to have complete its objective:
Personal Cloaking Device (( Objective : Complete a role-play without your character by only describing the scenery and actions of other characters from NPC perspectives without changing the course of the story directly. Ask for permission from the participants before engaging. --OR-- In a public Skirmish, successfully infiltrate and escape from a military base submitted to the Codex by another writer. ))

Quality: 4
  • The Asheran Armorweave alone is Quality: 8. What causes such a drastic decrease in the defensive capabilities of this armor to warrant a Q:4?

  • From the Asheran Armorweave submission:
The only issue that has been found with this new armor is that electrical charges strike Asheran Armorweave with and extra oomph, since the entire suit is essentially just a massive conductor.
  • Please add the above to the Electricity Weakness.

  1. What is the effect of EMP/Ion damage on this armor and its systems?
  2. How does it fare against kinetic impact?

None that I haven't already pointed out in my first post. The edits you've made are fine, so you just need to complete the objective, and this'll be good to go. :)

I'll archive this, and you can PM Cira, Raziel, or Jamie Pyne to have it pulled out of the archives and finalized.
