So like Corey, I am going to post a few of the things I am trying to make for my boy Orick and maybe some day some other stuff I think is cool

• A cortosis lined sword or dagger, I am not a huge fan of precious metals being widely available so I don't mind having a dagger to make it rare
• A piece of armor or clothing or something cool like the Carter coat. I hate that Ysalamiri are so widely used by everyone, I want something unique that is just Orick's. So any ideas would be awesome
• and a Lil Sebastian war mount. I mean seriously, this would strike terror into the hearts of even the fearless.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

• Cortosis. We /should/ be Dominioning Katanos VI, if we don't get it with Rodia (She's coreworld of Kothlis, near Rodia) Friendly to TU World, Marek would bring droids there. 10 post mining thread. If you need something else, fight some pirates who are looking to steal, and claim it as a reward? Don't need to make a thread with the construction.
• When Jon gets back, or [member="Dagora-Kel"] is not so busy, they're top alchemists that we have right now. I'm sure they can give you a touch more direction.

Could always tame a Doashim (Wookie it).

And as far as gear goes, normally alchemical items are made in response to a character wanting to close a hole in their defenses. So pick a weakness of Orick and we will work from there.

Well the hole in my defenses are my lack of the force. I like the carter coat mostly because it's not a full null thong like the furry lizard, it's just something. I really just want to keep those pesky FU's from forch push and force lightning.

Also that Daoshim, that's sexy.

Could make a Cater Coat variant that is immune to telekinetics. Much akin to the Terentatek Body Glove I wear.

That would help a lot. I've seen a lot of things that can absorb lightning. That would be good too. Because lighting is very bad for my cybernetics

Well. The most common threats are sabers and telekinetics. Everyone waves a laser stick and can mind-chuck rocks. So, possibly something that defends against TK is my thought.

I have an armorweave suit I wear that is resistant to sabers. It's in my bio. The TK is the real threat anything else I can work around. It's those FU types that want to sit back and sling force push and lightning at me that are my concern. If I have to fight a saber I can at else give a good showing, new sword in the works.

That's sexy. It's perfect, I'm not looking to be unstoppable, just better equipped to deal with a FU. And I really want to get away from the force lizard thing that just seems like a crutch for all the NFUs around here
