PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Jaron is a clean cut type of individual, a byproduct from his days serving under the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant. His brown hair is cut quite short, almost to the point of him being bald, and he possesses no facial hair whatsoever, though he has been attempting to grow a beard, which at the moment has not been going well. He has brown eyes, light skin and is of average build for someone of his size and weight, though he is certainly quite healthy and athletic. Overall, Jaron is relatively unremarkable looking, though most people would probably remember him after meeting or seeing him for the first time.

INVENTORY

When Jaron decided to defect to the Resistance, he was only able to take with him whatever he could carry on his person. He is in possession of a modified Scout Trooper Helmet that he has since painted green, various bandoliers and storage pouches that he carries as part of his equipment, Alliance Military Uniform style combat fatigues, Accuracy Gloves, and Hardweave Boots. Jaron tends to travel relatively lightly, as he prefers to maintain as much speed and mobility as he can, and often tries to stay as stealthy as he possibly can, which is much easier for him to do if he's not weighed down by heavy armor. To this extensive, the only weapons that Jaron carries tends to be blaster pistols, grenades and vibroknives.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Jaron would really never describe himself as a patriot, and even before he was drafted into the Mahporeem Imperial Army, he found himself opposed to the way that the Imperial Remnant treated his homeworld of Mahporeem as a planetary garbage dump. Prior to his forced enlistment, Jaron was quite the environmentalist and activist, secretly pushing anti-Imperial and Mahporeenian propaganda across Mahporeem itself. After being caught, however, Jarod was sent to fight in the Imperial Remnant's war against the Resistance, being sent to fight on Kessel as punishment. Upon arriving on the world, Jaron promptly defected and surrendered to the Resistance, joining them in their fight against the Imperial Remnant.

STRENGTHS

• Sneaky: Jaron is quite sneaky for someone of his size, a byproduct of his activism on Mahporeem and his training as a Scout Trooper. If he doesn't want to be found or detected, it can be quite difficult to locate him
• Athletic: Jaron is rather young and physically fit, allowing him to go on lengthy combat or scouting missions for extended periods of time without having to worry about his ability to complete said missions
• Kind: Jaron is rather kind, caring, and empathic, which allows him to easily get along with others regardless of their gender, age, or species
• Convictions: Jaron holds strong convictions and remains willing to fight for what he believes in. His mind is not easily changed either, meaning he remains strong in the face or bribery and threats

WEAKNESSES

• Inexperienced: Jaron is quite young and not very experienced in both the ways of the galaxy and military operations, meaning he is liable to make mistakes in the field
• Lightweight: When Jaron goes on combat missions, he tends to travel rather light, forgoing the use of heavy armor that might otherwise protect him from various different threats
• Hunted: Jaron is a wanted criminal in the eyes of the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant. He cannot return home to Mahporeem and must spend his life looking over his shoulder for any signs of Imperial retaliation
• Conviction: Because Jaron holds such strong faith in his beliefs and convictions, he can be stubborn and unyielding at times, especially if he believes that he is in the right

HISTORY

Jaron would always be one to describe himself as an activist and environmentalist. For his homeworld of Mahporeem, this issues is especially important, as the entire planet is essentially little more than a massive junkyard. Even at a young age, Jaron found himself disgusted which the way his home was treated, and he wasted little time in establishing an illegal network of likeminded people opposed to the Imperial Remnant's usage of Mahporeem. Jaron would engage in numerous criminal activities, such as spreading anti-Imperial and Mahporeenian propaganda, sabotaging industrial machinery and aiding other resistance groups across the planet.

Unfortunately for him, his activities would eventually cause him to be captured by Mahporeenian Intelligence, and Jaron was forced to enlist in the Mahporeem Imperial Army as punishment. He received Scout Trooper and survival training, and was promptly sent off to the front lines of the Imperial Remnant's war against the Resistance to die. His first mission had him being sent to the rebel controlled world of Kessel, where he was ordered to assault the trenches that had been established on the planet.

Rather than do that, Jaron lead a mutiny against his commanding office, and with the help of his squad mates, managed to surrender themselves to the Resistance, offering themselves as prisoners. Inspired by what he saw, Jaron decided to join the Resistance as a foot solider himself, in the hopes that he might be able to one day overthrow the Imperial Remnant and reclaim the planet he loved so much from their evil clutches!
