[+] Unkempt Beauty - Much like those of her race, she is naturally beautiful.
[+/-] Force Potential - She possesses greater than normal force reserves, allowing her to utilize her abilities longer before becoming fatigue. However, her abilities are confined to two areas: Detecting the presence of other people by directly sensing their Life Force, and manipulating the particles of her own body in order to make herself intangible. Apart from those, her skill levels in other areas are lackluster at best.
[+/-] All-Loving Hero - Simply put, she has a huge heart. Anyone she comes to care for, she loves them with a deep, and spiritual love and will put her life on the line for them. She will believe the best of everyone, and will always give a second chance. She loves extremely hard, but sometimes that makes her a fool.
[-] No Night-Eye - She developed the negative traits of her race as well; she can't see in the dark. Due to certain aspects of the world she is from, she has developed very poor vision in the dark, and dim lighting is known to irritate her as well.
[-] Emotional Baggage - She will give anything to avoid having to face or feel her emotions that she carries around from painful and traumatic experiences. She lost her husband and then she lost her child. From constantly running away from her emotions she has created a dangerous situation for herself. She has yet to full stop and grieve, and until she does she won't be able to move forward.
Biography
Origin
Next to nothing is known of her early history, however, her parents eventually arranged for her to leave her home to live with relatives. Under the care of her second family, she was taken on a voyage to travel the Outer Rim territories where they were captured by pirates and sold in slavery, serving numerous masters from then on. As she got older she was purchased by Proc Jaxx, whom she knew since she was young. Proc had always been fond of her and made it his goal to free her. After having inherited his late fathers moisture farm he worked up enough money to follow through with his purchase with the intentions of freeing her soon after.
Next couple of years she spent on the family homestead. Proc was in love with Janina and in the beginning she didn't return his feelings, but part of her felt she owed him for her new life, and she thought the feelings would come later. When Proc asked for her hand in marriage, she agreed. When she married him she found herself growing fonder of him everyday, enjoying their quiet existence, and the bond of their family they began to form. Around this time she became pregnant, which furthered the love they both shared for one another.
The thought of a child brought the two even closer, but months later after the birth of their son Jonas, Proc was killed by raiders. Janina, grief stricken was forced to raise their son, and care for the Farm all on her own. Little did she know her destiny was just beginning...
Later that year, Janina struggled to provide for her family, their farm was constantly raided and they weren't producing enough water to make profit. She'd been having visions of her husband and glimpses of a man that she never saw before in her life. She was found by [member="Joshua DragonsFlame"] who turned out to be the man from her dreams, their destinies collided when she found him resting from having braved a sandstorm. She innately sensed his greater force sensitivity, and in turn he discovered that she was the force user he was searching for. The Jedi Master freed the woman from their troubles, helped them sell the farm helped them leave the planet.
Later, she found herself on the doorstep of Cyril Grayson ( [member="Graxin Rade"] ), a distraught Jedi Master who she had been drawn to through the Force. He took her and Jonas in after she pleaded for him to train her to be a Jedi. Spending a few months with him before he left for Sullust due to the war effort. Janina was suppose to go with him, but she figured that life couldn't be for her if she had Jonas. She fled for Nar Shaddaa and joined the massive influx of refugees fleeing the war.
No Man's Land
Refugees were fleeing to Nar Shaddaa to escape the war with the One Sith and Republic, Janina was amongst them. However, she ran into further problems. The Techno Union and Hutt Cartel are no longer in power, and the areas they occupied are now under dispute by lesser factions, gangs, and criminals. She lives in the Refugee sector with her son. The living conditions and overcrowding gave way to disease and created a breeding ground for criminal activity. Jonas became ill, and despite desperate attempts to help him she failed. Janina lost her infant son in a few months of taking shelter on Nar Shaddaa.
Now she runs the risk of being deported, due to not having a proper visa. She desperately tries to push forward despite dealing with the grief of losing her husband, and most recently her son.
