While Jessica heard [member="Guarn"] detonate a thermal detonator in the middle of a jakobeast herd, resulting in about a dozen jakobeast deaths on top of the four she already inflicted before then, she realizes that the Mygeetan whiteworm might be easier to defeat with a lightsaber than using Force-powers. That, even though she was much better with Force-powers than witha lightsaber. The whiteworm stood poised to swallow her; it rushed headlong towards her. Their crystalline bodies and atypical biology made using Force-powers aimed at the target's circulatory system a risky proposition at best, so she decided to draw her lightsaber, even though it would mean that her armor would be covered in blood after the fact. And so, she ignited her lightsaber, with the whiteworm screaming in pain as it gets its upper jaw cut off - it would be much more difficult for the creature to attempt swallowing her whole with only one jaw to do it with. Also the annelid was squirming out of control, as if it was of any effect with her feet stuck between two teeth of the monster... with the magno-soles, she could somehow stick to the creature's teeth and not to be swallowed, but it was a little rough for her, being shaken at the same time as the creature was.

tossing out a tendril of her nerves Guarn managed to grasp the detonator.
" Ok boys eat up because i'm going to give you a tummy ache." she smirked as she pressed its timer detonating the explosive amids the mass of beasts.
"Ouch." she anounces as her head rolled in to a Jackobeasts corps.

While the detonation of the thermal detonator [member="Guarn"] activated killed a dozen jakobeasts, both Jessica and the whiteworm were caught off-guard because the whiteworm was uplifted by some joint application of telekinesis by another herd of jakobeasts, whose territory lies on the other side of the cave. Which means that there are other jakobeasts around, knowing that she was not strong enough in telekinesis to do so on her own. A single jakobeast could use telekinesis on a single item roughly the size of a wampa; heavier items required joint efforts, and it goes, in layman terms, exponentially to the size of the herd, even though she knew that many things that laymen called exponential growth were actually polynomial in nature. In the shock of the whiteworm hitting a stalactite, piercing it and making it bleed, Jessica got off the cave's ceiling by cutting the remainder of the monster's mouthpiece off using her lightsaber when, all of a sudden, her lightsaber stopped functioning. Have my lightsaber batteries gone dead or something? she thought, while the monster's mouthpiece is hanging on by a small strip of flesh and she fell off the monster, using Force-jump to ensure that the fall will be smoother than would otherwise be the case.

" try my axe. " Guarn yelled out heating the comotion. her only eye.
this was going to take a few month's to regenerate. and the pain.. wow the pain that was only compounded by the cold.
damit she hoped the wonan plopped her head in the ships bachta tank.
still a load of dead beasts. that was good.
the big girl was having issues. " Take my axe it works with or without power." she yelled.

"We need to get one of the tug droids back to your ship: then you will be taken inside the ship's bacta tank"

The tug droid began to haul Guarn away to the Axeman, beyond the crystal field. With that said, she took heed of Guarn's advice. Taking [member="Guarn"]'s axe with telekinesis, Jessica decided to go chop off the remaining strip of flesh keeping the whiteworm's mouthpiece in place once the whiteworm's body fell flat on the cave's floor. Her style with an axe is a little rough, she accepts as much­. But with the monster's mouthpiece not having the ability to function as it used to, she was able to chop it off while still being mindful of the motions of the monster. With that said, she realizes that the axe was there only for taking off small portions at a time and it would be more efficient to blast the injured whiteworm, so that it cannot be made to suffer any longer. Also, the second jakobeast herd seemed to have left her alone, since they believed that she would pose no real threat to the herd once the whiteworm has been dealt with. Boy would they be wrong: she brought the particle rifle for a reason. It was there for either killing enemies tightly packed together or big enemies like the injured whiteworm, whose suffering would end once the rifle fires.

" No no no don't you dare... " dammit a bloody droid was carrying her away.
" No you dont. get me back there. i'll regenerate later. " she said as she ordered the droid.
" Bring me back to the fight. " she ordered'
that was a great thing about the ecperements the empire did. she caiterised almost instantly and regeneraed but unfortunarly didn't grow,

[member="Guarn"] ordered the droid to take her back into the fight, but then, with Guarn's axe on Jessica back, the droid took the Gen'dai hybrid to Jessica so that Guarn can get her axe back. Still, with the whiteworm finally dead, it took a few seconds for the jakobeast herd laying just beyond the hill to realize that the beast is dead. Now that's something I can tell little Ziana - provided I survive the whole Hijarna stone deal, she thought, while waiting on her rifle to cool down so that she can use it again if necessary. Once she is sure that Guarn has taken her axe back, Jessica makes slowly for the exit of the cave, while being mindful of not expending more computational power than necessary. She tried her best not to antagonize the jakobeast herd at the end of the cave she was going for; she also realized that a black mound lied beyond the exit of the cave. Thus far, there were 17 dead jakobeasts to claim, along with any additional jakobeasts killed from the blast of the dead whiteworm, so a few extra couldn't hurt. Especially if the black mound was what we are here for, she thought. But once she is out of the cave, she is again Force-shoved by the jakobeast herd, albeit with less force than was the case with the whiteworm.

" Ok wow that was a load of pain." Guarn said as she heard the howels,
" ok that is a load of beasts." she admitted as the howels got louder.
" ok lets go get to my ship in a hurry." she ordered [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] as she could hear growels.
" i have a supprise for you and them over there."

For that surprise to work, the tug droids needed to take away both [member="Guarn"] and Jessica to Guarn's ship. While the tug droid took off with Jessica solidly clawed after it, and another one to collect any items left on the ground, such as the broomstick, she fired the particle beam, and the recoil was so important that the tug droid lurched upward while the yellow beam exploded in the center of the herd. Oh and her right shoulder, absorbing the shock of the recoil, hurt pretty bad after the shot was fired. She could readily see the jakobeasts around the detonation point explode since they were rather tightly packed, and directly aiming for one would have only killed one, and destroyed nearly all the fur; here killing the jakobeasts in a blast that is not directly aimed at them would allow them to preserve the jakobeasts' fur, as the howls ceased upon impact of the particle bolt.

" Don't bother with the attack my suprise will deal with them. " she smiled as the droid closed in on the ship.
"Get to the Cargo hold." she yelled at the open shutters.
this should be fun she thaught as she looked back with her one good eye looking at the grest of the hill as a pack of the beasts emerged all beying for blood.
" Ok. faster may be the best option."

So I didn't manage to kill all of them, nay, any of them, but there are now 13 jakobeasts closing in on the ship, she thought, while the droid brought Jessica onboard [member="Guarn"]'s ship. Admittedly because some of the jakobeasts got injuries from the blast, the herd isn't moving homogenously, but the most dangerous in the herd were the forward beasts. Once she was inside the ship, Jessica realizes that she got away from the black cargo, but that was well worth it in the end. And she also spotted one of those beasts in the Force, on which she could do nothing more than try to aim for the forward-most beast's cerebellum and freeze it, using the Force to make the beast stunned into place. It was weird that she had a pretty large mental spellbook, and even described sometimes as having stunningly good looks, but she never had the chance to use the Force to stun even non-sentients. Guarn better fire something at those jakobeasts, or unleash whatever surprise she might have, while there are jakobeasts crawling to a stop, she thought, while the remaining jakobeasts circled around the stunned one.

" Get in get in get in." the head of guarn yelled as the doors oppened.
" well you.... what the hell happened to you? " a voice asked out as a small flat box on a segmented snake like neck.
she noted the look on the womans face.
" oh you ever seen an Abominor? [member="Jessica Med-Beq"] please meet [member="Middenface McNulty"] my giant droid friend from another galaxy." she made a thing that looked something like a smile.
" Let me guess this thing went wrong? " the giant droid asked.

"No, I never saw Abominors before, but I'll take your word for it: it appears that a herd of jakobeasts were guarding a shipment of Hijarna stones" she told Midden before he left the ship, a little uneasy due to her feeling that she may have bitten a bit more than she could chew down in the cave.

Once that Jessica is safely inside the ship, side-by-side with [member="Guarn"], she now tries to target three more jakobeasts with what amounts to cluster-fired Force-EMP directed at the targets' cerebellums, and hence stun them, hopefully long enough for Midden to crush all thirteen of them. Now that she realized the value of using some Force-EMP to stun people, she decides that it is worth learning. It was surprising that she was able to stun jakobeasts at such a long range with so little experience: this would mean that she would be able to use some Force-EMP on foes' cerebellums at ranges where she would normally be able to use the rest of the spells in her combat spellbook, that is, a little on the high side for those who relished Force-powers in a short-range slugfest, that is, to about 100 meters. As she could feel the jakobeasts getting crushed by Middenface in the Force, and the tug droids collecting all 30 dead jakobeasts to Guarn's ship, she opens, visibly happy to have learned something that could be used for actually avoiding unnecessary bloodshed.
