Physical Description: Jaina stands at five feet ten inches tall or one-hundred and seventy-eight centimetres tall with almond-shaped emerald green eyes, shoulder length glistening red hair, sharp angular albeit narrow jaw, prominent cheekbones, slightly arched eyebrows, narrow sharp pointed nose with a deep set bridge stem and shortish chin. Jaina's skin is light with a healthy golden glow to it suggesting the young woman spends time in the sun with her face exposed. Helmets are uncomfortable with long free-flowing hair so Jaina ties hers back into a simple, manageable and neat ponytail which just so happens to fit into military regulations. Jaina's physique is quite impressive and spends roughly two hours every day performing strenuous exercise unless operational, this can occlude the fact she is a woman when wearing full Mandalorian Armor as she also wears the standard version of the armor and not the more feminine and slender variant.

Character Personality: Jaina Ventor is loyal almost without fault to the First Order which she has known most of her adult life though as a Special Agent with the Security Bureau she receives an interesting insight into the chaotic discord of music that is the Galaxy and sometimes experiences a wanderlust because of the 'exciting' nature of working in foreign environments pretending to be somebody else. Perhaps this is the cornerstone to Jaina's personality; acting, pretending, emulating and lying. Jaina is a proud young woman and is extremely satisfied with her own mastery of foreign languages. Jaina doesn't have an inflexible sense of morality, she is above all else pragmatic and will do nearly anything to achieve her goals. However, Jaina cannot consciously bring herself to swim in water and has a reluctance to harm women who have a similar appearance to herself.

Jaina's possesses a great fear of loss and loneliness, she struggles to develop and maintain long-term friendships who evaluates people first and foremost for what service they can provide her and the First Order. This isn't the only reason why she has few friends, Jaina is highly suspicious and searches ceaselessly for dishonesty, being dishonest herself. It is fair to conclude that Jaina is cold and calculating though in certain circumstances she is impulsive such as when behind the flight controls of her appropriated X-wing, which gives the young woman the feeling of "Freedom." Despite the cold calculation attributed to her, Jaina is quite capable of love and is dedicated to her parents and their extended family, whose council Jaina values as wise and tempered with great knowledge.

  • Unknown to Jaina the first year of her life began in a lab somewhere in the far Outer Rim away from the prying eyes of the Galactic Alliance or Jedi managed by a skilled Kaminoan Geneticist named "Kama Re", Jaina is the product of an initiative beyond the grave one of the last dying wishes given from one family member to another; to make sure there was a genetic legacy of their bloodline to live on in their absence. Most are born in life without a purpose or destiny though Jaina was ordained by the powers that be to possess both and to this purpose received a modified genome to ensure most of the recessive and not dominant phenotypes developed, the result is a clone that would receive a markedly different apperance compared to the host had this procedure not been performed. In Jaina's third trimester of embryonic development, Kama Re with the help of a droid installed a structural inhibitor chip into Jaina's brain; The ultimate betrayal, something to ensure compliance in the long term and allow the reprogramming of the Clone subject if necessary.

  • At a full one-year-old Jaina was released from the lab where she had grown and placed into the custody of an industrialist named Ulrich Ventor who provides the First Order Navy with Thorilide for their Turbolasers. Ulrich and his wife had long desired his own protege, trying unsuccessfully to produce an heir with Lyna Ventor naturally. The adoption was made at the insistence of one Erik Sterren, Ulrich took Jaina to raise as his own child and Lyna objected to this out of suspicion though Ulrich rejected her concerns out of pride; He now had a healthy and beautiful baby girl and true enough Lyna herself would develop a love and fondness for the child. Ulrich and Lyna praised Jaina as a child for her obedience and docility, boasting to their friends she was an "Angelic" child who seldom did any wrong and was happy to obey her parents whim, little did the pair know that the Inhibitor Chip was responsible for this behaviour.

  • Jaina began her formal schooling at the age of four years deep within First Order space at a prestigious institution where she discovered her enthusiasm for language and often practiced mimicking words and accents at home while looking in the mirror, concluding Human accents were created by the movement of the lips and the position of tongue when pronouncing vowels and consonants, though she did not know what they were at this age naturally merely the sounds they made. Jaina developed an aversion to Alien species surrounded exclusively by Human Children, Jaina performed very well in the classroom praised for her docility by teachers and "kindness" by the other children as she seemed to lack the characteristic cruelty or aggression that many children exhibit. Though inwardly Jaina wondered even as a child that because of this outward kindness would her peers be able to identify the truth from a lie if it came from her, and is carefully constructed?

  • Jaina is on the cusp of adolescence, Ulrich and Lyna go out on their large Yacht with a number of acquaintances and it is here that Jaina consciously decides to withhold the information that she is the Ventors' daughter to compare the way people treated her when they are ignorant of this fact and among all these nobles, aristocrats, bureaucrats and politicians Jaina felt virtually invisible. Normally Jaina would have been introduced at the beginning of the Night but never before had her parents brought her to an event like this, during the evening Jaina becomes depressed after being ignored for so long by her parents that she takes to eating food at a staggering rate out of boredom and loneliness before deciding to jump off the back of the anchored super yacht into crystal clear waters of the party island. Jaina is dragged down to the bottom by a belly full of food and a painful stitch, she reached up towards the surface the moonlight cascading throughout the water, rough coral beneath her feet. Water poured down into her lungs and Jaina felt the water wrap its cold fingers around her body. Salvation comes when a leather gloved hand plunges down into the water and heaves the comparatively light girl up and out of the water. The sudden sting of oxygen on her tongue forces Lex onto her side and she loudly expelled saltwater back into the ocean, much to the gasps of concerned onlookers. Jaina's saviour asked her a series of questions to ascertain consciousness, and Lyna promptly imprisoned her daughter in a tight hug. The man who saved Jaina was in fact, a weathered Stormtrooper Officer. For his rescue, Jaina becomes fond of military personnel at the cost of a lifelong hydrophobia and fear of drowning.

  • A near death experience put both Ulrich and Lyna on edge with concern for the safety of their daughter. For her twelfth birthday, Jaina received a new droid companion who doubled as a protector and supervision; A BX-series droid commando who Jaina later affectionately dubbed "Roger." In reference to the predictable response, "Roger" offered up after receiving commands from his master. Beyond school and the many household servants Roger came to be trusted by Jaina, he lacked the cunning to be a manipulative liar although he possessed a simple intelligence that permitted unquestioning loyalty. Jaina would begin to search for tutorials on the holonet for reprogramming tutorials but that kind of content was heavily restricted by the First Order so she harassed her Father to acquire her a programming tutor which after persistent nagging from his nearly teenage daughter, relented and submitted to the request.

  • It takes over a year of constant programming practice with a talented tutor and the tolerating of some mild teasing at school that her self-confessed best friend is a Droid who happens to be her Bodyguard. Jaina finally manages to program Roger to be more efficient in communicating with organics and optimises his protection protocols. Roger continues to be Jaina's companion throughout her private and prestigious schooling who contently drives his master in her land speeder to school nearly everyday, although Roger begins to experience a droid sense of envy or jealousy even as his Master begins to befriend other organics who Jaina begins to frequently socialise with into her adolescence. That said, Jaina spends time with Roger, the two of them build Star Destroyer models from kits that Ulrich purchases for his Daughter. Lyna attempts to get her daughter interested in dancing, painting, singing and music albeit with little success although Jaina doesn't turn down offers to engage in these activities, she simply doesn't enjoy them.

  • Sixteen years old and standing tall amongst her peers as one of the best and brightest of the graduating class, there was her parents standing beside the lofty standing Roger who earned himself a few concerned glances from some of the other parents and students. Lyna cried as an exceptionally proud Mother might do, their relationship had been a hard one. Initially, Lyna took out her self-loathing out on her adopted daughter and would quietly look to her Husband; Ulrich only stood proud silently acknowledging his wife's' gaze, he knew he'd be proven right in time. "Love means what you want it to mean." He would say prior to adopting little Jaina who had been orphaned by a tragic hyperspace accident. Jaina couldn't help but throw a folded-arm but smiles wildly Ulrich an enthusiastic wave after shaking the hand of her Academy's headmaster earning a chuckle from some of her peers. Learning in a First Order educational institution the skills necessary to be a functioning member of First Order society, which included an imperial-skewed version of history and the maintaining of Uniforms, the latter of which would come to be a pertinent skill for her future employment.

  • Jaina approaches a First Order Security Bureau Office with an interest in joining the shadowy intelligence organisation after speaking to a friend who joined the First Order Navy as a commissioned officer and suggested it to Jaina. Jaina suspects the reason why the Security Bureau eagerly recruited her into the agency is because of her family ties to be used as a sort of collateral against the Ventor family and also to keep them under close surveillance. Textbook nepotism although she doesn't complain about the results. Jaina is recruited into the Special Activities Division who often engage in Clandestine operations and cooperate with First Order Special Forces. For the young sixteen year old, the training is nothing short of physically gruelling and unforgiving with the majority of her instructors being special forces qualified stormtroopers and pilots. Most of the senior instructors were particularly hard on Jaina for the luxury she grew up with as described in her personnel file. Deception was a tool wasted on the instructors though it didn't stop Jaina from lying through her teeth to the peers in the officer cadet platoon with most convinced she was a humble droid mechanic prior to volunteering for the Security Bureau.

  • The security bureau recruits are sent to the Navy's Officer Academy for flight training and perhaps one of the most exciting moments in Jaina's entire life when she sat in the co-pilot seat of a Lambda-Class Shuttle Simulator and went through the pre-flight takeoff checklist with a Special Forces Pilot. Jaina makes for a capable pilot albeit she struggles when the navigation system is disabled and she is required to unfold a physical map and attempt to fly by landmarks and topographical features. Jaina's navigation performance without access to a digital map or guidance system becomes a point that her fellow Officer Cadets tease her about, much to her annoyance and even has an outburst in the mess hall at everyone to their great amusement given her 'Posh' accented speech that and many of her peers are NCOs themselves, not off the street recruits. Jaina spends hundreds of hours in shuttle simulators before moving onto the esteemed TIE simulator where she occupied a cockpit for the first time on her own, the experience is surreal. Never before has Jaina sat in the cockpit alone with the flight controls clasped firmly in her hands, it instilled in her a supreme sense of confidence bordering on arrogance which persists to the present day. Jaina graduates from the flying academy exhausted and without pause is sent to a Stormtrooper training centre with her classmates for Infantry training.

  • Jaina completes her training with the First Order Security Bureau and receives an Officers' Commission, four years of training that included a wide breadth of knowledge to make her an efficient and dangerous member of the Order. Agent Totallex or "Lex" as her peers addressed was trained to speak a small handful of languages, slice into computer systems, fly spacecraft and for combat, although she is still staggeringly inexperienced compared to more senior Agents of the Bureau. Jaina is placed into the Intelligence-Gathering and Special Activities Division of the Security Bureau. In short, Jaina engages in clandestine operations where it is not clear to bystanders or witnesses that she is a member of the First Order. The nature of Jaina's work demands normally that she maintain plausible deniability except where she is embedded with First Order assets as an Attache, Jaina is often sent into battle with a Stormtrooper platoon when the situation demands. Her first operation included the assassination of a Galactic Republic commando gone horribly wrong and this Commando is the reason why a DC-15s exploded in Jaina's face and why she now has a cybernetic eye. It is following this incident that Jaina begins to exhibit strange motor behaviour and experiences hallucinations albeit she keeps her experience of the latter well concealed from the Bureau and Physicians through not openly acknowledging them.

Character Future: Jaina will probably be deployed into either neutral, Galactic Alliance or criminal territory with the aim to engage in espionage, human intelligence and cryptography. Jaina will also need to live with the flaws in her neurology and maybe take the initiative and investigate her own ailments which unknown to her may or may not be related to a nasty blow to head and a Structural Inhibitor Chip malfunctioning. Jaina's own ambition and parentage will demand that she climbs up the rank ladder and earn herself wider notoriety.

Weaknesses:
  • Structural Inhibitor Chip: Jaina as a Clone received a Control Chip which was inserted into her brain during the third trimester of Embryonic development in the lab. The Control chip is a safeguard against the development of Psycho-chemical or behavioural abnormalities yet also possesses the hidden quality of regulating uncontrollable aggression and predisposes Jaina towards obeying the directives received from superiors regardless of their ethical or moral consequences. There is a safety protocol contained within the inhibitor chip which is activated by a code phrase, the code phrase allows Jaina to be placed in a docile hypnotic trance which allows her to be subdued easily by a reclamation team. Jaina experiences chronic nightmares involving drowning in a TIE fighter every night almost without fail or some variation of the aforementioned dream. Sometimes Jaina even experiences a Nightmare where she strangles a hooded figure wearing her own face, and Jaina cannot stop despite her own horror. The Structural Inhibitor Chip to the ignorance of her creators permanently made her more susceptible to Jedi Mind Tricks.

  • Cybernetic Right Eye: Jaina's right eye was replaced after an old tibanna gas back in a shouldered DC-15A exploded next to her helmeted head, while the rest of her face was protected. A piece of metal rammed through her visor straight into pupil and so was replaced by an identical cybernetic model. However, the Cybernetic model is liable to disruption from powerful radio waves, like the kind that disrupt radio and holographic communication, forcing Jaina to rely on her left eye in situations that demand careful fine motor control and clear vision such as shooting, driving a speeder or flying where a powerful jammer such as those found in Military Starships. That said, the Cybernetic right eye does grant Jaina low-light vision albeit only in the right eye and so only in half her field of view.

  • Myopia: Having a Cybernetic right eye isn't bad enough, Jaina's left eye is nearsighted as a result of lens astigmatism. Jaina combats the symptom of astigmatism with a holographic lens mounted to a head-harness when not wearing a helmet, though in the event there is an active jammer nearby it doesn't remedy the interference in the right eye. The T-visor located in her helmet has been manufactured to correct the vision issue, however, this also allows Jaina's helmet to be identified as belonging to her or at least to someone with partial or total astigmatism as does the Holographic lens as it is calibrated to compensate accordingly.

  • Fear of Water: Water is an insurmountable obstacle and surely enough any individual or target who attempts to flee from Jaina into water will not be followed by the Agent in a swimming pursuit. Jaina's fear of drowning is so great she panics when in bacta tanks unless kept unconscious and also refuses to bathe in tubs or spas, this makes submerged infiltration and exfiltration out of the question much to the chagrin of her superiors. The fear of water extends to frozen water in the form of Ice, Jaina hesitates to walk across sheet ice for fear of the snow collapsing beneath her and the thought is enough for Jaina to hold her breath ready to scream when she hears cracking.

  • Hallucinations: Jaina experiences what would be medically defined as Hallucinations, she talks to herself regularly and only when alone. The disembodied voice that speaks to Jaina is her own and it suggests absurd and sometimes violent activities at inappropriate times which Jaina rejects immediately. The scent of saltwater sometimes comes to Jaina as well and results in increased anxiety and tremoring of the hands which can make aiming her Sniper more difficult and therefore negatively impact range at long range. On a few occasions, an elderly man with a bald head and glasses has been caught in Jaina's gaze sitting in a chair just for her to do a double-take and he disappears, there is another character who appears in the form of a red-haired girl in a white dress who stares without relent at the floor. Sometimes Jaina experiences a persistent chill reminiscent of the cold water she nearly drowned in and so sometimes overdresses in tropical environments.

  • Abnormal Motor Behaviour: A few Stormtroopers and other First Order Military personnel have noted Jaina falls into a sort of catatonic state at times where she will abruptly and often randomly cease speaking or moving and just stare ominously, it doesn't happen often but it has happened in one or two foot pursuits before much to Jaina's immense frustration. She doesn't report this loss of motor control at times to doctors or other authorised medical personnel as she is concerned about potential career impact and inwardly downplays its significance.

Strengths:
  • Advanced Marksmanship: Advanced Marksmanship is the training provided to Snipers and not just your normal 'good shot'. Jaina can sit in one camouflaged or concealed position for hours at a time waiting patiently to take a single shot and kill her target without hesitation. This accuracy unfortunately for Jaina's enemies extends to any other blaster pistol or rifle that comes into her possession and when she sits in the cockpit of her X-wing. Jaina's personal sniper rifle is the powerful DLT-19x which features a powerful scope and makes aiming difficult given astigmatism in her left eye. If she is not wearing her helmet or her Holographic eyepiece which both remedy astigmatism. When her physical ailments are not an issue, Jaina is a potent Marksman and even for her relative inexperience is not to be underestimated. While Jaina is ambidextrous she has never practised firing consistently with the left hand and is liable to inaccuracy if forced to use it by severe interference in her cybernetic right eye.

  • [SIZE=10.5pt]Slicing: Slicing is a skill that first found use with Jaina when she was only a girl and had a programming tutor with the aim of upgrading her personal droid protector "Roger". After Jaina received formal training with the Security Bureau, she is more than capable of breaking through secure terminals, military grade programs and encrypted communications. Even if Jaina's decryption is partially or wholly unsuccessful and produces an incomprehensible message after translation, she will break encryption eventually and get something out of it. The risk here is that slicing requires a very specific set of tools used for few other purposes than breaking electronic security, and if somebody were to discover them on Jaina's person when incognito it will raise suspicions as to her motives especially to the perceptive or experienced individual who might be able to attest to their government quality.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=10.5pt]Military Pilot: Military flying training was included in Jaina's Security Bureau training, necessary as sometimes she might be required to operate far away from friendly forces, independently and alone. Even as the other Officer Cadets received this same training, military flying is an area Jaina excelled in with notable exception given to manual navigation in which case she found her craft moves too quickly for her to accurately plot a course. Though not quite flying ace tier, Jaina is better than [/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]average especially when behind the flight controls of her T-70 X-wing which goes by the call sign in the First Order registry[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt] as "Crimson One" for its association with the Security Bureau. If one had to guess whether or not Jaina is force sensitive based on her flying abilities and reaction time, they'd almost certainly be wrong.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=10.5pt]Multi-lingual Infiltrator: Without the use of some kind of force based power, good perception, a healthy dose of suspicion, paranoia or access to First Order Security Bureau personnel files, it is difficult to discern that Jaina is not whatever she claims to be. Jaina is literate in Galactic Basic and Mando'a, she can speak [/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]huttese although she is not also literate, unlike the first two languages. Jaina speaks Galactic Basic with a slight Corulag inflexion and practices Mando'a with the concordian[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt] moon accent which is good enough to fool most Mandalorians on the face of it although she could know more about Mandalorian history itself. Jaina is also literate in although cannot speak Binary or "Droidspeak" as it is known colloquially, Jaina acquired this knowledge through constant exposure to Droids including her own Droid protector Roger and the Astromech who resides in her X-wing.[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=10.5pt]BX-series droid commando "Roger" - Roger is an old Separatist BX-series droid commando who has been reprogrammed by Ulrich and then modified by Jaina herself so as to more efficiently interact with organics and herself. Roger doesn't always accompany his Master on account of their only being room for one in her X-wing, more often than not he only turns up when Jaina is onboard a Star Destroyer or on some First Order Planet somewhere.[/SIZE]
  • R2-L0 - Lo or "Lowie" as Jaina affectionately refers to him as is her personal R2 series astromech droid who accompanies her on missions. He finds a place in the Astromech droid position on Jaina's T-70 X-wing fighter called "Crimson One.", he receives regular mind wipes with the constant exposure to top secret and restricted information that he passes onto Jaina during operations. Lowie is quite fond of his master and will come to her aid if he sees she is distressed.
