Appearance:
Jagger is often not seen without his uniform on, which is a uniform of unknown origins and design. This uniform is red and black like that of One Sith Officers, but backwards along with metallic shoulder pads that have four chevrons with a gold bar hanging from the shoulder pads. This rank doesn't exist in any Galactic Nation and has an unknown meaning. His black hair most of the time medium and shaggy as he doesn't have a special design he likes. He has a Don't Care Attitude and when he his in his private quarters he rarely gets out of his pajamas and will sometimes spend his whole day with running military simulations and programs he personally made.
He has an eye patch since he lost it in a battle long forgotten along with scares that riddle his body and face. These scares are reminders to Jagger that he is only human and not immoral like he thought in his youth. Hidden beneath his hair and clothing he had cybernetic implants that were implanted from war injuries. These implants are custom made so that his body cant be turned against him. Though they arent any part of his major body organs.
Biology:
Jagger was born on the planet of Hapes to the Fuga Family. The Fuga Family was mostly unknown for much of the Hapes history and was of no significant family at all before the Plague. During though, Jagger's Grandfather was able to rise in the ranks of the Hapes Consortium Planetary Defense Force. Still of no real significant the family was only known in small circles and rarely was able to get strong political influence withing the Hapes Political Scene. As such the Family made a pivot and became to influence the young to join the military.
Jagger was the only child of the eldest son of the Fuga Family and almost as early as he was born the Plague claimed both his father and mother. The responsibility of raising the child was that of his grandfather, a Colonel in the HCDF and he had no time to raid a child with his military career. Thus Jagger was raised by nannies and when he turn of age he was sent away to military boarding school for military training. This never made Jagger dislike his Grandfather, but he did blame his father and mother for being weak against the plague and leaving him and his Grandfather in this position. On and off throughout his military schooling, his grandfather would come and see him until the end of the plague. At this time his grandfather retired from the HCDF after their integration into the Galactic Republic. He retired as a Rear Admiral of an expeditionary force of the Hapes Consortium.
Jagger nearly begged to stay enrolled in the Military Studies when his grandfather offered to take the young man out. Jagger enjoyed his studies and his new roll model was a long dead tactician, Grand Admiral Thrawn. He would study all tactics that were available to a young Military Cadet. Once he graduated from Boarding School, he enrolled into the Hapes Military Academy. Here he studied all forms of military tactics, both naval and ground combat. When he graduated he was at the top of his class with honors and was awarded the Academic Military Star from the Academy Director. It was more a present from the Director himself. Soon after the Director died of natural causes and the award was no longer given out.
Soon after graduating he joined the Republic Military and joined the Republic Strategic Analysis Squad in Republic Intelligence. From there he rose to the rank of Captain and was given a research ship to run simulations of enemy attacks and tactics and find ways to counter them. Then one day during the Netherworld Crisis, his ship was hit with a powerful ion storm and his Hyper-drive Engines and Communications Array was destroyed. He was stranded for 5 years until he was able to come across some traders in a small trade port and he and his small crew were rescued from near death. During his time in isolation, he ran a nonstop simulation of constant data of the state of the Republic against its enemies. He knew that it would be inevitable that the nations he served would fall from the constant attacks on two fronts. It was here that he had an idea of the Federation and how to save the galaxy from falling into the hands of those crazed Sith.
After his return to the galaxy, he became up to speed of the galaxy to date and found that the republic was replaced by a new power called the Galactic Alliance. Yet the now cynical man had yet to trust the galaxy to these free thinking people. He would wait and see how they fared before enacting his plans.
