Strengths:

• Fast and maneuverable, Jade's Wind was able to keep pace with most ships in the Galaxy with its heavily modified engines and Coaxium SLAM drive.
• Customized by Starbound Industries, Jade's Wind has had most of its shielding and armor removed to allow space for limited stealth technologies that allowed Romi Jade to get in and out of missions undetected on sensors.
• With swivel mounted laser cannons the Jade Wind had wide firing arcs that left little to be desired when combined with its advanced targeting computers.

Weaknesses:

• Limited shielding and virtually no armor left the Jade Wind incredibly defenseless against even small arms fire and relied heavily on pilot skill to avoid damage.
• Use of the Jade Wind's stealth features were broken with com usage or firing weapons outside of the shadow bomb.

Description: Originally part of a squadron of R-Wings purchased by the Corellian Confederation for testing as a replacement for the X-Wing, Jade's Wind was a fully customized R-Wing paid for by Lisza Starseeker. Jade's Wind was to be Romi Jade's personal starfighter and was a gift from the politician to aid Romi on completing missions and for personal use. Much more maneuverable than the stock variant, its movement surpassed even the J-2 Interceptors in use by the Green Jedi and with its Coaxium SLAM engines it was able to keep pace with most vessels in the Galaxy. While not painted for stealth and lacking any true stealth device, Jade's Wing was equipped with a variety of heat dissipators, sensor maskers, and sensor dampeners that allowed the vessel to fly with a great deal of sensor stealth. The vessel was unparalleled when compared to other fighters in the Corellian Navy and would serve its pilot well for many years to come.
