High power: The rifle is extremely powerful, comparable to something used to take out lightly armoured vehicles, even a glancing blow could knock a target off their feet.
Fast and furious: The bullet is extremely fast, faster than the speed of sound, giving unaware targets no warning of their impending doom.

Loud and proud: Once the rifle is fired there is no hiding it, the weapon is extremely noisy and can not be suppressed in any reasonable manner.
Slow and steady: Even with the recoil compensation the kick is massive and will force Jack to take valuable time re-aligning a shot at long range, making it poor for multiply targets


DESCRIPTION


A special order from Czerka, the rifle is meant to be a high powered sniper rifle disguised as a civilian sport rifle, however it is far more capable, it's bullets travelling at 3100 m/s and exerting well over 40,000 joules of force on impact. In order to withstand this stress the barrel, firing mechanises, and frame are made from phrik, the gun is covered in wooden furnishing in order to keep with appearances. The main purpose of this rife is to defeat extremely well armoured foes, even if the bullet fails to penetrate the sheer amount of force exerted by the impact can knock them off their feet and allow for follow up attacks by Jack or cause massive blunt force trauma when the armour impacts with the body.

You can go ahead and delete this part. We're only worried about the effective range.

So the issue here is the way you've got things worded. We're not a big fan of absolute statements when it comes to what a weapon does to an opponent. It will always be up to them to decide how to take damage, no matter how powerful the weapon. So rather than saying "would easily" or "will surely", we prefer phrases like "could possibly" or "has the potential to." I'll leave the exact phrasing up to you, but that'll need to be fixed.

Just noticed the weight seems a little low. Since this looks to be more or less in line with a .50 BMG, you're gonna want to put some more mass behind that if you value your shoulder.
