The second vehicle designed under General Baelor's Iron Warriors Project. The IW-01B Croesus is designed to give The One Sith military light anti-air capabilities. To accomplish this, it has been outfitted with two multiple-barrel, rotary rapid-fire laser cannons. These cannons fire laser bolts are an incredibly fast rate. This stream of laser bolts allows the Croesus to shred enemy fighters that enter its effective engagement range. They can also obliterate infantry units that come into range, or shoot down enemy missiles. Its cannons can be fired in full auto, meaning both firing at the same time. Prolonged fire in this mode can cause the barrels to overheat. To combat this, the Croesus can fire it's guns in alternating mode. One gun will fire, while the other cools down, switching whenever a cannon needs to cool. The downside is that less laser bolts are being fired overall. It's hexapedal design allows it to set-up in areas of uneven terrain, and the treads positioned at the tip of its legs allow it the ability to move incredibly quickly.
The Croesus is not without it's downsides. It is incapable of dealing with enemy armor. The rapid-fire laser cannons cannot breach the armor of tanks, or anything heavier. It must be defended by allied armor. It's specialized role as a light anti-air unit means that it cannot effectively engage heavily armored enemy aircraft. In situations like that, the Croesus must rely on it's heavier cousin, the Phaedra, to shoot down such craft.
