Its Investment Time!

Cutter watched as [member="James Justice"] and his band of amateurs entered the warehouse. A small smile played across his lips, as if he had just heard a joke. He had heard a little about this band of outlaws who were seemingly under the impression they were actually the good guys. This thought caused the mercenary to slowly shake his head. It wouldn't take them long in this businesses that there was no such thing as good guys and bad guys, just money.
He saw another figure follow Mr. Justice that he recognized from the Black Sun. It was [member="Kylo Kyr'am"], one of the newer members of the Syndicate. But what was he doing with this other guy? Was he working for someone else now as well? Cutter sighed. It looked like the new guy was going to have to choose a side when the Suns made their entrance.
Ajihad listened to what [member="James Xerox"] had to say, keeping his binoculars on the facility at all times. He trained the device on the conference room, peering down at the investors. "Roger that. Signal us when it's time to move in." He relayed a hand signal to [member="Cha'Kut"], telling her they were almost ready to go.

Kay-Larr

Sphaera Tea Company Owner
Kay waited patiently for an answer from [member="Nicademus Blith"] to let them know of his supply. What she really needed at this moment however was some tea. Yet she couldn't excuse herself to get any. So she signalled one of the servers to approach and quietly asked for some tea. The server bowed his head and went to fetch her tea.

There were many windows on the side where the food and drinks were. As he crumpled the leaves and poured the water into the cup, he looked out the window as a flash of reflected metal and glass caught his eye. Was there more people coming to this meeting? He squinted his eyes and thought he saw movement on one of the roofs.

After finishing with the tea, the server brought it to Kay and then bent down to whisper his findings in her ear. She raised a brow and then looked to each of her guests at the table. "Sorry to interrupt, but the warehouse next door is supposed to be empty. Yet it isn't. Did either one of you bring more personnel?"

Nicademus Blith

War as a business to end war as a business
Nicademus took some time to think about his inventory, but he finally pulled the number from his head.
"We currently have about 300 units, but it will take funds to produce more. And that is why you are all here." He said

James looked at Lady Kay and then at Stardust and Kylo. He gave a scowl of thought, turning Lady Kay's question over as he spewed a thick smog over them. His units, the Rangers, were on hand, but they certainly were skilled enough to remain hidden. He looked at one of them in the room, disguised as a servant and scratched his nose, "Mate, a quarter of ale, brandy, and half Lum, on the rocks."

The disguised servant nodded and left the room.

Paranoia crept in on the fringes of the spacer's mind. He began to scratch his chin thoughtfully, mulling the situation over. "Justice Shipping will pay full price for 100 of these as an initial down payment. Then we will be buying a minimum of fifty more every year, more if business stays steady for five years," he let out a spew of smoke, "How be that for an investment to start?"

"Well I don't want to buy up the rest in order to prevent others from having some. But for starters I think that seventy-five ships will suffice. There are a lot of companies here on Commenor that could use them and they have some very deep pockets."

She sipped her tea, watching [member="Nicademus Blith"] as more offers for him were starting to pour in. Kay wondered about the strangers in the next building. One of the people at the table must have hired security. It was the only thing that she could think of.

"Why i think we can manage that." He responded to [member="Lady Kay"]
He considered offers, and made deals, he too wondered what was going on over there in the oother building, looked a tad suspicous, but he was not worried, as long as it did not pertain to him.

Kay smiled and nodded to [member="Nicademus Blith"] as he agreed on her offer. She started typing on her datapad, making a few adjustments on a simple contract for the purchase. Once that was finished, she slid it over to the man. "You can look this over, see if there's anything that you'd like to change. Basically I'll transfer you half of the credits now and the other half will be transferred once all seventy-five of the vessels have arrived. Full warranties on each vessel for a five year period, with mechanical services to be done here by some of the team constructing them."
