Corvus Raaf
Adieu...

Corvus was one of the last Jedi to leave the planet. They’d just restored order amid the anarchy that had prevailed following the One Sith’s departure.
It was a strange place in many ways – its lack of axial tilt and perfectly circular orbit meant no seasons for one thing. And it had more than its fair share of battles – especially recently. But she was brought out of her thoughts by a a barrage of Shyriiwook. She’d spent enough time here to understand the basics but the speaker was going too fast for her.
She smiled at him. “Please..my command of your language is only so good. A little slower, please.” She smiled again.
“Aguhwwggghhh aarrragghuuhw raaaaaahhgh uughghhhgh uuh huurh aaaaahnr.” He definitely slowed down this time around.
“OK, OK, You’ve found someone in the forest right? And he bears the markings of a slave, yes? But your people suspect he is a pirate and wish for me to meet him?”
“Awwggghhh huurh uuh.”
Corvus nodded, “Good, I’m glad we understand each other. Please show me the way.” She followed the Wookiee to where a handful of his compatriots were surrounding a young man. He appeared tall and with a few days of beard growth, his body muscular and most importantly to Corvus – she could tell immediately he was Force-Sensitive.
She bowed politely and smiled. “You seem to have found some friends. Now, they’re keen we should chat and if you’d rather leave this planet than stay here as their guest indefinitely, I’d suggest we talk. But of course it’s up to you.”
