STRENGTHS
  • Busy as a Bee the Flurry has partitions that contain a launching apparatus along the port and starboard sides, lining the ship. Each one is designed to deploy a fighter. The Flurry can deploy nearly all of its fighter complement at the same time, which makes it incredibly advantageous in a pinch.
  • Swarm - With the goal of getting as many fighters into an area of engagement, the Flurry is equipped with IST's powerful hyperdrive to ensure it can arrive on time, every time.
WEAKNESSES
  • Hurry Up Already the disadvantage of having a separate area to receive the fighters is it is not as space efficient to recover the fighter complement. It takes longer and recovery has to be much more deliberate when recovering fighters all at once.
  • Not the Face! - The IST engineers did not design the Flurry to withstand any sort of toe-to-toe naval engagement. It is designed to reinforce units with fighters from the back lines, not the front. It requires protective escorts if it finds itself in a "knife fight" with opposing warships.
  • You Want Me to Do What? - the Flurry is not very accurate or fast with its microjumps. In addition, it takes 5 minutes between each microjump. In short, Captains only perform microjumps with the Flurry in life or death situations.

Black Sun engineers took notes from the Hutt Cartels on the design of this cruiser. This ship is not an original design, but instead an older design of the Hutt Cartels and it has been updated and revamped to be relevant in space warfare in this era. It possesses the same strengths and weaknesses as its precursor. With IST no longer affiliated with Black Sun (directly), IST has taken its stock and refitted the carrier as a contract vessel to provide from the Eternal Empire Navy as its mainline carrier.

Thanks for the review.
Here are the changes I made:
  • Reconfigured scores according to 5.1 Cruiser of 1000ft
  • Added another weakness to compensate for the fast hyperdrive
  • Fixed the company link
