The ISR-1000 Stealth Rifle was commissioned by the Empire of the Lost due to their need for a low-visibility battle rifle that could be used by their special forces operatives in covert operations. In particular, it was thought that these rifles would be used to equip their 'Immortals' special forces division of the security bureau, but ultimately the distribution of the weapon is up to the Empire. It is silent, deadly, accurate, and designed to interface with other weapons systems. House Mecetti hopes that other governments might request similar weapons for their own use.
