ALL invasions, even ones you are a normal faction member in. However, note the tense here. If a Republic character joins a Republic invasion they CAN then join as an ally with OP. However, the reverse is not true.Anja Aj'Rou said:

I have a follow-up question. If one were to say , leave an invasion ICly before it was finished, would that make the rule no longer in effect on that character?

That's correct. If the character leaves the invasion they are in as an ally they can reposition or start a new one...so long as they're not an ally still.
