Any Issues please try to work it out with the other involved writers first. If there are problems you can't work out, add in an admin from either side to help find a resolution to your issues. Use an RPJ only when absolutely necessary please.

General Info:

• The invasion runs for 2 weeks. If at the end of two weeks both sides agree an additional week is necessary, it can continue.
• 24 hour grace period unless otherwise agreed upon.
• 5 Allies each
• Characters who joined the faction after the 27th of February who are Master require an Ally Slot. Other Characters are fine so long as they join before the start date (6th of March) of the invasion, otherwise they will also require an Ally Slot.
• Republic will be attempting to negotiate peaceful resolution with the Mandalorians and Alderaanians, while the Mandalorians form their blockade of the planet.

Always contact the one you write with in order to lower the amounts of reports and Faction Admin disputes. Thank you.

Break the Mandalorian Blockade

• 20,000 Meters of Ships (8,000 Meters of Mandalorian Ships are already in position and holding the system) to each side
• Individual Naval Duels are allowed between single PC commanded Ships
• Individual Dogfighting is allowed as Individual fighters or as 1 Squadron vs 1 Squadron
• PvP on the Space Station or boarding of PC commanded ships
• Squad Based NPC’s for the sake of simplicity (Call it no more than 20), Clearly labeled from the opening post. Restricted to Infantry or Light Cavalry (Speeder Bikes, AT-RT walkers, Bes’uliik War Droids) counting as 5 Troops.

Tie-Breakers:

• Faction that has the most amount of Meters left once the end date has passed
• Opponents withdrawn from Battle
• No Opposing Ships Left

Story:
Mandalorians have been in system, protecting it with a sizable war fleet for several hours to several days. The already established ships are present in system from the beginning. All other ships will enter at their own volition and on their commander’s time frame.

The Mandalorians, alongside the Royal House of Organa have established control over the planet’s defenses and thus control the planet at the moment. Individual characters loyal to either the Republic or the Mandalorians are capable of spawning on the planet. The Only Objective is to hold against Republic Forces, or break the Mandalorian Blockade by any means. The Republic has sent a Diplomatic delegation to Alderaan to treat with the Royal House and the Mandalorians in hopes of finding peaceful resolution.

This is a NON COMBAT INVASION. Combat rules have been drafted in case combat does start within the thread, they simply exist so that someone does not just show up with a billion ships or army. The planet of Alderaan has ICly seceded from the republic and this thread serves as a meeting point to determine the fate of the free planet of Alderaan whether they choose to side with the mandalorians, remain sovereign, or rejoin the republic. The Republic military will not be involved in this thread so any republic fleets sent to Alderaan will be s violation of the ceasefire and charges will be brought up against that individual who breaks it.

Question for anyone able to answer it: Has Alderaan seceded from the Republic in any IC thread, and would this be common knowledge as it stands? Simply curious, as this impacts Keira's role in the invasion depending on the answer provided.

Wait, what? The Republic is trying to find a peaceful resolution on Alderaan, and we just signed a peace agreement with the Mandalorians. An invasion makes no sense. At best, this should be a skirmish.

Invasions are a Map thing. Republic will be attempting peaceful resolution, but a Mando Fleet has been in the system for 2 OOC weeks, even before the Peace Agreement was finalized.
