One also would question, why [member="viper"] whom is a Jedi Padawan, is running amok with another Jedi Padawan in tow and has no supervision what so ever? If I recall and I could be mistaken, there were several instances where we either had people die or go dark because of this very same issue.

*shrugs lightly* I could be wrong but I believe Kiskla's rule was "No Padawan's running around by themselves without a Knight or higher?" She may correct me, but this was established after Empress Teta.

It could be something to that effect, wasn't meant for control, it was meant for safety purposes ICly. Now, no one is trying to control you, tell you how to write or whatever. Just sayin'.

And Aaralyn didn't answer a frequency that was used for dire situations because why would Viper be using it? To let everyone know there is a Jedi Purge? It would be transmitting to the entire Order based on the specifications to which you stated yourself.
