LFG Interest Check - Shapers of Kro Var

I am brainstorming some new character ideas and I ran across the shapers. It looks like some good fun like the avatar the last airbender show.

So is there interest to make this a group and tell some stories? If not I might just give a character some shaper flavor and join a major.

Shapers are fun flavor to have to a darksider go for it. Sawa studied with them for several centuries to augment her powes

This is inline with a good bit of the martial practices Braze does so meeting some or practicing with them would be fun. There's some specific techniques I would like to advance through rp practice than off screen.

So am I hearing make a group coz we wanna write …. Or just make a shaper and fit them into an existing group….

Shapers are niche in most cases. a group to see different shapers would be interesting but I don't know what level coordination would be.

I would say if you want to write a shaper then just write one and have fun if that means they want to lead a group or if they want to go out and see the galaxy and join a faction do it.

Question: are shapers darksiders? On Wookipedia it says the Jedi determined they don’t use the darkside but they are listed in a darkside book

Not entirely, they used a lot more emotion with the elements, disliked most other force users who didn't use elemental skills like telekinesis and the few that went offworld sold their talents to the highest bidder so would usually be like enforcers. Less noble then a jedi but no where near as darkside as some groups. Though chaos does have a small sect of them Kro Var Elemental Slayers that work more closely with the jedi

So, I haven't written Riven in a long while. However, he's the kind of shaper that left the ways of his people behind. He will do anything to protect the innocent. He did a short stint as a Foreign Official for Commenor back in the day. I'm not sure where this character even goes from there as I stopped writing him. Although, it would be fun to get back into the swing of things with another shaper. Did you have something in mind for a group? Are we talking like misfit shapers flying across the galaxy just trying to make a living? Or did you have a bigger vision? Kitter Bitters
