Here are two possible choices I found so far.

79's sounds good. We'll see if they still accept military members with open arms like in the Clone Wars and such.

We could say a new version of the 79’s been set up in recent years, advertises itself for both military members and citizens. Anything else you want to discuss about it?

What should be the reason that the GADF is there? Maybe a holiday? Could they be celebrating the birthday of the GA maybe?

Well it can be anything really. It doesn’t have be one specific reason unless you want it to with your hangout idea.

If it is not one big event it just be general hangout for GADF members with various reasons such as;

Troops blowing off steam. People going on dates with one another. Celebrating promotions, academy graduations, birthdays for their comrades and anniversaries. Or simply trying to get drunk.
