LFG Interest Check: Galactic Championship of Sabacc

I have been wanting to make a card tournament thread for quite some time, but haven't quite figured out the mechanics.
After enlisting some Ai help to bridge the gaps of my ideas to what is practical I have a few actionable possibilities.
As the most appealing possibility is quite a bit of work, I am hoping for a certain number of players to join in before I commit to seeing it all the way through.

This is not an announcement of a thread, just a temperature check to see how much of my time this is worth.

I'm actually getting ready to ask people if they wanna play cards in a thread but in that instance we just roll dice and the highest wins.

In the most immersive way to go it will be a lot on me to set up things pre tournament and come up with a communication method so that people's hands don't become public knowledge. Hopefully the players will just need to know the sabacc rules.

If there is only minor interest I will probably come up with some sort of dice rules.
