STRENGTHS

Gravity Well Projectors
The Interdictor II class Cruiser comes equipped with four Gravity Well Projectors which are utilized in interdiction operations due to the mass shadow that they are capable of projecting. These vessels can thus pull vessels out of Hyperspace or prevent vessels in real space from jumping into Hyperspace to escape.

WEAKNESSES
RoWeyJt.png
Dorsal and Ventral Structure
The Interdictor II class Cruiser is designed in a way in that the vessel is split into two super structures, a dorsal and ventral. These sections are easily targeted and are more difficult to defend with the armament that the cruisers contain. Excessive damage to these structures could have the potential of disabling or otherwise destroying the vessel.

DESCRIPTION
RoWeyJt.png
The Interdictor II class Cruiser is a somewhat marked improvement over its successor vessels the Interdictor class Cruiser that was once fielded by the Republic and later Revan's Sith Empire - though that is not to say that it is without its own flaws.
For the most part the design remains true to the original - with the removal of some hanger space to increase the weapons that the vessel is capable of carrying - thus reducing the original compliment from 48 Fighters and 2 Shuttles to 24 Fighters and 6 Shuttles. This was done to provide additional protective measures - mainly point defense laser cannons - to cover the dorsal and ventral structure that the vessel is split into. This design features remains the largest weak point of the vessel - as even with the added defenses - it can still produce a blind spot in terms of a location in which enemy starfighters or smaller vessels can slip into and damage the cruiser.
Much of its strength remains due to the Gravity Well Projectors that the vessel holds - which are often coupled with its use of tractor beam projectors to ensnare and hold enemy vessels. Additional room was made to ensure that the vessel had an adequate amount of escape pods - though it is clear that it does not have enough to ensure the escape of the full crew and passenger compliment on board.

If you'll expand upon these please (add a brief explanation behind them why they are strengths and weaknesses).

Overall, this is actually a little bit underpowered. If you would like, you can increase a rating or two.

Changes looks solid.

Hangar: Average 24 Starfighters 6 Shuttles

If you'll change this to two squadrons please. Yes, in general, it's the same thing as 24 (average) starfighters. However, we list hangar specifically by squadron count because some starfighter types can have larger than normal squadron sizes because they're compact (like a droid swarm fighter) or have smaller squadron counts because they are exceptionally large (like a B-wing or Shriek-class Bomber).
