2 Dual, Rapid-Fire Turbolaser Cannons
1 Heavy Plasma Laser Cutter

Special Features: Listed As;

  • Crew Pit - a tiny area reserved for coffee breaks, reading, catching up on reports. This also doubles as the crew's galley.
  • Surgical Swamp - mostly referred to as the swamp, it's where patients receive their meatball surgery to keep them together or stable enough to receive proper medical treatment.
  • Medicine Cabinet - There's actually two rows of these above the swamp allowing the crew to do their best to keep that patient alive for as long as necessary.
  • Emergency Station: Located in the bottom of the swamp, most emergency medical supplies for surgery are here. The station is flanked by the medicine cabinet.
  • Fight Control - front end of the cutter two seats for navigation and flight
  • Cabin - houses the cutter's crew, can double as a rescue holding for evac purposes.
  • Tractor Beam: A single tractor beam to enable the Ingham to cut through debris with surgical precision.
  • Heavy Plasma Laser Cutter: Gives the Ingham the ability to cut through debris with great efficiency.
  • Biocomm Sensor: Equipped with a built-in tap, the Ingham uses the Huginn Biocomm Network to track and monitor lifesigns of those they are attempting to rescue. Allowing the rescue crew to make the life and death decisions that is an unfortunate necessity of the job in large scale disasters or conflict.

Manoeuvrability Rating: 3
Speed Rating: 3
Hyperdrive Class: 2

Strengths:
[+] Anti-Debris: Between turbolaser cannons, tractor beam and a heavy plasma cutter, there is no amount of debris that could stand in the Ingham’s way.

Weaknesses:
[-] Light Guns: She’s not meant to see combat that’s for sure, the Ingham-class rescue cutter was specifically outfitted to help with more complicated search and rescue efforts. As such the Ingham is only equipped with two dual rapid-fire turbolaser cannons.

[-] One Shot Wonder: With only cannons and light shields, light hull reinforcement for defenses. It goes without saying the Ingham is quite easily picked off with little to no effort on the part of the First Order’s enemies.

Description: The Ingham-class was developed as a quick extraction vessel, equipped with a heavy plasma laser cutter to enable the ship to cut through debris enabling her crew to rescue whoever needed to be rescued. The ship was not created to have much teeth as this is a risk her crew will take while embarking on a mission. Bolt-class and perhaps even Steadfast-class vessels will be able to carry her, although such modifications have yet to be done past the blueprint stages. Given her size and the amount of equipment necessary to create her, the First Order Navy has approved the Ingham-class to be mass produced to enable the FOASG a more efficient live rescue rate.

The Ingham doubles as an ambulance and while it can fit up to three humanoid lifeforms, most rescue crews will not take more than two. Development of the Ingham went into double time after the events of the Kaeshana rebellion where standard Steadfast-class rescue crews were unable to delve deeper into the FIV Wrath to save those who needed to saved the most. Resulting in a massive loss of life - the Ingham with it's laser cutter and tractor beams would have proved useful during the Rebellion. A hard lesson - learned by the First Order who has now given the order to put the Ingham into production.
