BANDO GORA
ASSASSINS

The Bando Gora

The Bando Gora are an elusive order of Force-sensitive assassins based on the ancient Jedi world of Ruusan. They blend practicality with a deep respect for tradition, shaping their craft through the teachings of four Assassin Schools. Each School focuses on a different aspect of the Force, and most assassins study more than one to create a personal blend of skills and techniques that suit their style.
Once trained, a Bando Gora assassin usually works alone. They travel the galaxy as contract killers, agents, or spies, taking on missions that serve both their own interests and the order's. Though they pursue their own fortunes, they remain loyal to the Gora and are expected to pay tribute in return for their training and protection. Recruits may come from any background. Some are raised in the order from childhood, while others are taken in later in life. What matters most is talent and willpower, and those who have both are rarely turned away.
Outsiders and the Bando Gora
The Bando Gora value devotion, but they are not blind to practicality. They welcome outsiders into their ranks when it benefits the order, believing that skill outweighs origin or allegiance. Many mercenaries and Force adepts have fought alongside them, either as allies or as paid blades. Still, betrayal is not tolerated. Those who turn against the Gora meet a grim fate. Through the combined use of the Force and alchemical rituals, their will is stripped away until they exist only as hollow servants, bound to the order they once betrayed.
Force Alignment
The Bando Gora often lean toward the Dark Side, a natural consequence of their work. Even so, they remain apart from both Jedi and Sith. To them, the Force is a tool to be used, not worshiped. Their assassins move through the balance between Light and Dark as they see fit, guided by practicality, profit, or personal code. Beyond loyalty to the order, few moral restrictions are imposed. In the end, the only rule that truly matters is obedience to the Bando Gora.
