Good morning! So right off the top I'm actually only here to make one minor correction.

I'm going to need you to link the manufacturer for this fine piece of explosive wonder.

That out of the way, this submission is rather underpowered. You can bump up the ratings {+2} or you can bump up the production and still bump a rating {+1}. Keep in mind you dont have to, just merely a piece of advice. If not, just get that manufacturer linked and I'll give this a nice little stamp.
