This was over, the woman was about to die if she kept this up any longer. Her lungs were punctured and most likely filling with blood by now. If she didn't see a medic soon she would be dead within the hour. "I'm done with you" walking over to her katana she picked it up and placed it back on her persons. Her pistol was already holstered and shortly after she grabbed the knife for the bayonet. She would not have the republic's disgrace of a trooper's death on her hands. As much as it would make her happy she had to abide by the treaty in place and not kill her. A simple shot to the chest would finish the girl, it would be as easy as that.

Turning her back to the woman she began to walk back to camp to find a medic, she couldn't call out on her comms due to the fact that steph had trashed the transmitter in her helmet. "I'l be back with a medic, try not to choke on your own blood." she said in a cold voice trying to make her point across that she needed help. She would give it to her but hopefully the woman wasn't so out of her mind that she would try anything with daisy.

Hopefully the spiced out girl wouldn't try to hurt daisy after she had turned her back to them. "Don't make me kill you." she said walking away. If the woman even tried to make a move against daisy she would end her in a blaze of slugs or a swift cut with her katana. Why the woman was in the military to begin with steph had no idea. Perhaps she just needed to get money for her next hit, all of it mattered not to daisy right now, she had to get a medic or the woman would die. @[member="Steph Zenima"]

No, she was walking away. No, she can't, there was still fight left in her. She couldn't lose while she was still at the very least standing.

Stop her.

Steph tried to shout but again was caught up in a coughing spree, there was blood this time. The stubborn goblin of a woman just couldn't accept that she had been beaten. The height and weight difference, the armour, the augments, Zenima couldn't comprehend how those factors made a difference. She was diabolically stupid, after all.

Her breaths escaped in hard rasps, as if grated upon escaping her throat.

Cough cough cough.

She wasn't strong enough. The very concept circled her simple mind, taunting and teasing. Cough. Logic saw that physically outmatching Daisy in combat was nigh impossible, but the Logic Fairy had long ago stopped visiting.

Steph fell to one knee dejected. There was a shade of embarrassment there, how easily she had been tossed around. The creature didn't like feeling weakness, it was yet another unwelcome concept. Cough cough.

"Hold on!" upon hearing steph cough up what was most likely blood the woman dropped all her weapons to the ground and ran back to grab steph. "You crazy drugged up skank! Why must you be so idiotic?!" Daisy's normal cold self was all bit broken before the tiny commando's coughs and desperation. She was hurt worse that daisy had thought. She needed medical attention and fast or she would not make it. Holding steph in her arms she sighed. "I'm going to get you out of here."

Picking her victim up in a bridal carry she couldn't sling her on her massive back for it would only worsen her wounds. "Talk to me steph, where are you from?" she asked the woman as she carried her back towards the camp. She would have to try and keep her talking before she went into shock. Steph wasn't the greatest of people at all but she was on her side and she had all but beaten the ever loving crap out of the puny girl. It wasn't even a fair fight but steph was just asking for it.

But she wouldn't let the woman die, she deserved to be taught a lesson but not killed. Daisy wouldnt let that happen as they approached the camp they would be there soon. She should of left her to die, she was high on spice and it would of just been marked up as an accident. She could of said self defence and an intoxicated woman was attacking her. But she wouldn't do that as easy as it would be. "Talk to me." @[member="Steph Zenima"]

Wait, are they going on a honeymoon? Cough. I never even said I do!

Steph couldn't comprehend this, why was the giant woman coming to her aid? It wasn't likely that Havoc Squad's human grenade would ever grant anybody in the galaxy mercy, never mind somebody who she considered to be her opponent. She coughed upon being picked up, more blood. A grim sight to behold.

The drugs flowing through her system were suddenly a benefit. Cough cough cough. Being on a variety of uppers there was no chance that she would succumb to unconsciousness, to sweet sleep, maybe there was peace at the end of her road. No, quite the opposite. Her heart thumped like it was ready for a rave, those bloodshot red eyes swivelled around feverishly.

There was a sneaking suspicion that her lung was not the only organ punctured.

Once again thank the spice, she could barely feel it. Imagine how difficult it would have been to carry a Steph Zenima writhing and wriggling in pain. No, it was all just cold now.

“Na –“ COUGH COUGH “Nar...Shaddaa...min.”

"You're going to be ok steph." she reverted back to being calm and cold, she had let her feelings for the small woman's health get in the way. Running at speeds up to thirty miles and hour they made it to the camp fairly fast, they would need to open the woman up or place her in a mobile bacta tank ASAP or she wouldn't make it. Entering the camp was pretty easy when you are carrying a blood soaked commando and you are a girl Daisy's size but she would have to get her to a medic quickly, she was not looking to get arrested by the republic military for destroying steph.

"We're here steph, everything will be ok." The czar entered the medic tent and set steph down on a bed quickly. Walking over to a doc she grabbed him by the collar and lifted him up so they could see eye to eye. "Fix her now." she said all but three words to the man before setting him down and having her run over to steph. They would need to get her in some Kolto or bacta quickly.

Walking back over to her daisy kneeled down and stared at steph trying to feel empathy for the woman. She was concerned if she lived or died but daisy found herself lacking empathy for her or even feeling a tad bit sorry for almost killiming her. "You will be ok steph." she wasn't sure if that was a lie or not but steph was probably too high to care at this moment. The doc began to take her blood soaked clothes off and prepare her for a dip in a tank of bacta. @[member="Steph Zenima"]

Remember, if even just for a moment that you felt something for Stephanie Zenima. For even the shortest of seconds, you were concerned and not just about treaties. You probably would have gotten praise for leaving her there to die, but you didn't. Today a sociopath's heart briefly defrosted for a monster and while Miss Zenima will never realise it it, I know, and of course, you know.

COUGH.

Those next moments passed in a blur. High speed, distorted hues and saturations of the world around her. She felt like a child in this woman's arms. Wretched and weak. The spiteful little creature hoped that she got more of her putrid blood on her armour.

Into the tent, where the medics only usually had to deal with minor injuries, maybe a missing finger, some mild blaster burns. COUGH COUGH. Not this. However they were thankfully prepared for the worst. Portable bacta tank.

She was cut out of her scabby old clothing and carefully dressed with the standard issue gown (especially for the ladies) to protect any last scraps of her modesty. Breath mask attached. Time to submerge. Just chill for a while. You know, she'd be there for a while. Did you take a magazine?

Would Daisy even stick around for her new best friend to emerge?

The answer to those last two questions were no, and hell no. Daisy watched the woman be dumped into the bacta tank, she watched her coldly and uncaring behind her helmet. In truth now she would of left the woman to die, but something called out to her to help the woman even if she didn't deserve it even if everything sensor and synapses in her brain screamed to kill the woman and put two slugs in her head she still helped the woman to safety. The poor little woman had infected her arnor with this filth called her blood. Luckily it was pressurized with an air filter and twenty minutes of oxygen so she would have to get It decontaminated before removing it.

Watching steph float there was rather strange, her handiwork was written up and down her rib cage and body. She had done this to steph and didn't regret a moment of it. She continued to watch the woman bob up and down in the water before putting her hand up onto the glass for some reason she couldn't fathom. It was time to go though, she had a field op to run and te petty officer wouldn't be late for that. "Idiot " she said coldly and without emotion before she walked away back out into the night, this might be the last time she saw steph but the little commando would certainly be remembered. @[member="Steph Zenima"]
