Five-oh has pretty good odds of being just about anywhere in the universe. He's a member of the Primeval, but he wanders around quite a bit.

Mustafar sound good? Ultimatum is leader there at the moment and has to spend most of his time there taking care of the inhabitants, but he does occasionally get off planet for a trip or two just about anywhere.
