With IGR Brokerage, rest assured that you will get the best possible deal for your real estate needs, whether personal, corporate or factional. We offer the following services:
Listing of property: When you have real estate property to sell or lease, you can have IGR Brokerage list your property for free. In the case of property for sale, the buyer will pay the commission, in case of property for lease, the leasee will pay the commission.
Purchase of property: If you want to buy real estate property through us, you specify the type of property you wish to buy, the desired location, the budget you have, and other amenities you desire in or around a property. Be warned that you may have to compromise in certain situations!
Leasing of property: If you only want a place to live or a temporary area to do your business while you wait to have the budget for a more permanent location, as with the purchase of property, you specify the type of property you wish to rent, the desired location, the budget you have for rent, and other amenities you desire in or around a property.
Commissions are as follows:
For selling residential properties: 7% on the first 100,000 credits and 2.5% thereafter
For selling business or faction properties: 7% on the first million credits and 2.5% thereafter
For leasing properties: The amount of the security deposit

Now available: the Turnkey Solution! Currently only available for residential properties, the Turnkey Solution allows you to build your own residential property in collaboration with Jaii Builds, with the material costs and land costs covered on the bill. Due to the use of local materials and land, the location on a planet is of critical importance when making use of the Turnkey Solution. Same commission fees apply.
