Very Slow Hyperdrive - The Novawing is meant to be ferried into battle in carriers. It has a very slow class six hyperdrive for emergency exit jumps only, that is very limited in range.

Description: The Novawing is the descendant of the original Imperial Missile Boat created by Grand Admiral Thrawn during the New Orders reign of power. Originally designed to combat the advanced TIE defender fighters the Novawing are fast and maneuverable for a craft with such a heavy ordinance capacity. It achieves this by being small in size and having light armor plating. While mainly Carrier based, these attack craft have a very slow hyperdrive for emergency and short ranged jumps. An advanced laser targeting system is installed on the upper stabilizer wing giving the craft superior targeting for its heavy missile complement.

Hmm, pretty much a one shot or die type of fighter. The strengths and weaknesses are fairly balanced but there are a few issues I see is that it is classified as a gunship. I would more likely classify it as a bomber than anything else. It's predecessor is also not a gunship.

Other than that, there is also the maneuverability and speed issue. I feel it needs one number going up, not both but one either maneuverability or speed. This would seem to balance it the most considering its heavy ordnance but also its light hull plating.
