Question If I Delete an Account, Can I Reuse The Name?

I have a bad habit of making characters then deleting them when I'm over them.... only to want to bring them back.

What i usually do is rename the sub account before I delete it because if I ever want to play that character again I don't want the name to be taken.

So for example I played a character named "Kuhbee" and I renamed his account to "A Wookie Cub" before I deleted him in case I ever want to bring him back.

Is that necessary? Or can names be reused?

Yes, if you change an account name or delete a sub account you can then reuse the name later so long as someone else has not nabbed it in the meantime.
