Think of a Human Replica Droid with its human looks being nanotechnology instead of synthetic skin, covering a body with every part made of durasteel.

Nanotechnology is a Restricted material and nanotech droids are not really fit to the spirit of the Star Wars, especially not in large numbers. I'd recommend to change the Production scale to Semi-Unique. If you want bigger production scale (Limited) in that case I'd like to ask you to flesh out the droid and the technology behind it more, because nanotechnology is not really wide-spread in SW.

Also, I mainly put nanotech there as the skin because idk anything else that would or could change the human look.
