• Space: With a sizeable interior, the walker can house a full platoon of troops as well as large quantities of cargo.

• Size: Incredibly large and heavy, the HR-05 can prove cumbersome in tight terrain and certain scenarios.
• Mobility: Another drawback, despite its six articulating legs, the walker’s overall speed is somewhat lacking.
• Rear: As is typical with most tanks and walkers, the rear of the vehicle is the most vulnerable.
• Crew: In order to operate at full capacity, the HR-05 needs a larger crew than most armoured vehicles.

With enemies closing in from nearly all sides, and recent major attacks from various enemies, the High Republic came to the realization that its army might be ill-equipped to deal with certain scenarios.

One of which is a sizable vehicle carrying sufficient firepower and personnel to deal with an entrenched and determined enemy. Hex Incorporated, located just a stone’s throw from Naboo, decided to lend its industrial infrastructure to aid the Republic.

The first of the major rearmament efforts is the HR-05 Heavy Walker. Overengineered and designed to operate in virtually any environment, the walker carries a dangerous arsenal as well as a modular platform that can fill a variety of roles.
