Bunker-level Normal
Imagine you're writing a novel written from a single character's perspective. What's the main story and how does your character encounter it? Where are they, what does that place look like? How do they react to what's happening there, and what do they do? What do they feel? Say?
Written RP like this is kind of like writing a shared novel, with everyone taking a page or two at a time to write one specific character. Combine all of it together, and you should get a story that makes some* sense.
*That's the goal, though not always the reality. Just keep the goal in mind and write your character as best you can, and don't worry about the rest.
