Question How to link a screenshot

OK, forgive my ignorance.
How do I link, or even post, a screenshot? It only wants hyperlinks and I can't even get those to work right.

1) Screenshot, Paint (or other image program) to re-size it, upload somewhere then post it

OR my personal favorite

2) If using a browser, CTRL+SHIT+S. Might need to upload it somewhere to get a link.

3. https://www.flickr.com/ (Same as Imgur)

There are a myriad of different image hosting sites, use what you like the best, after you put one into your account, just grab the link (either embedded or direct URL usually works best for me) and you're golden!

I haven't tried making my own account, but I've tried with other images, and the picture is just blank for some reason.
Or it says it can't load an image.
