Question how does subbing cannon planets work

as the title suggests how does this work? is your submission bassically an addition to the pre stated lore? like if i wanted to could i make it known the current planetary defences that i have added while iv been there? or does it have a different set of rules

However, as with any codex sub involving 'canon' subjects, you can't police it. If someone wants to use your stuff, cool, if not, not your place to tell them that 'this is my world and here's how it works', because it's not.
