How Can I Improve?

As the title says, I'm striving to be a better member of the community. I've been a frequent flyer for a few years now and have built a (mostly) positive reputation (I think), but there is always monumental room for improvement. Frankly, I want to improve. I want to serve my factions better. I want to be better. So, from those who have had the pleasure of knowing me, what can I do better?

And please, no sugar coating. Lord knows I eat enough sweets!

As a writer, I would say you seem a bit conservative on those you write with. Open up a bit more man.
