How am I doing?

Alright, I've been RPing for a small amount of time on this site. I have tried to improve to match the quality that I have seen on this site. I am certainly not a writer, I know that. I tried writing a few books, as almost everybody does these days and I always fell away. The stories stuck with me, but the ability and drive to put those stories on to the computer just floated off.

Before I ask for opinions I want to let everyone know that I tend to apologize for things that really has nothing to do with me. I have tried to get over it, and will continue to do so, but I keep having it come up.

I would like to know how everybody thinks I am doing here.

My characters: (the active ones anyways)

I want to apologize, see I told you I have a problem with that, if my writing style is difficult to work with. I have found that the characters that I make I tend to see as a story character. As I write them, I see a book or movie. Thus I often write, in my mind, in a way that makes it difficult for others to RP with.

So I open this thread for those who have RPed with any of these characters, or those who haven't to criticize and suggestions. All I ask is that it stays constructive, please.

You're doing fine. You've been a bit scattered a few times, such as that one time that I pointed out a change in your company name. The whole idea is to have fun, though, so as long as you're doing that you're golden.

Thanks to you three!

I love Harrip, he is my personal favorite of all the characters I have made. I feel attached to him in an odd way. I find it a little weird but I like it.

Thank you for the complements! I always thought I was being silly on that site. But to hear that at least one person thought I did alright, that is very heartening.

Yeah... I get that way when I feel stupid, or something like that. It's somewhat of a flaw that I have yet to touch on in myself I guess.

Thank you, I mean that seriously.

Lol, How do we know? Maybe you can try Rping and see how you go.

As I said above, I absolutely love writing Harrip. I wish I could write more of him, but he doesn't fit in many of the situations here. (I'm fine with that just a fact.)

Okay, I wanted to ask a question.

Is there an area in this site where I may ask some questions about my writing, maybe post somethings other than Star Wars to see what others say?

Begun writing a book I left awhile ago, though I restarted as I found my original beginning less than what I wanted. So I would like to see what others think of the writing, I don't have a good measuring stick with which to judge my writing capabilities.

Any help is appreciated.

All of us get attached to one of our characters eventually

and for your book I think here in the general discussion is the place.

Thanks [member="Nomad Crimson"] I'll begin work on that.

Hopefully I can finish the new prelude in time to post it tonight. My muse is burning really hard for release into this story.
