Home again, home again.

Vulpesen smiled as he breathed in the sweet scent of the veran roses, their revitalizing smell only adding to the joy he felt as he opened the door to the Veran grand hall. While normally he would walk in with open arms to hug his kids, this time the arms were a bit occupied. The object of their occupation, his hopefully future wife, [member="Emilia Marean"], also known as Alexandra Cinthra, not that such knowledge was overly common.

Just earlier that day, he had made his way into he jedi temple on Ossus and kidnapped his love, though without much resistance. His one intact ear flicked as it picked up the sound of footsteps, a young boy and running down the stairs eager to see his mommy once more. "Daddy, is she here!" Valen's dark eyes looked up at his father, then to the woman in his arms. Of course, he wouldn't recognize her. This woman had black hair and a tail, not at all like the mother the sith had taken from him. And it showed in a confused look he gave Vulpesen.

"Yes, its her. She's been through a lot and she needed to change her looks so the bad guys wouldn't know its her. But this is your mother. She just has a secret identity." He smiled at the boy as he set his fiance into a chair, turning to his son who then had another thing to say.

"Like a super hero?" His look of confusion quickly spread into a smile at the thought. Nodoubt the child would be amazed at such a prospect. After all, isnt that how every child wanted to view their parents? Not as the dul people of every day life but the heroes that would keep them safe.

Of course, Vulpesen was loathe to deny the boy such fantasies, and for this reason, he didn't. "Yes Valen, just like a super hero. Now go get your sister. I know she's been waiting for this too." Daella had gone out with her grand parents, the two's experience with dealing with opposite sides of the spectrum(as evident in their unlikely marriage) having become something for Vulpesen to rely on with his biological daughter's unstable mind and Alex's leaving.

"Alright!" The boy turned and ran for the stairs, hooking his hand against them as he leaned over called up to his adoptive sister. "NOKOMIS, MOMMY IS HERE, COME DOWN!" Full of energy and with the voice of his zorren heritage, the boy's voice would reverberate through the house hold.

Nokomis stood in the doorway to the room, her fingers curled around the door frame as she stared into the room. She saw a woman standing next to her new daddy but there was no sign of her mommy. She looked up at Vulpes in confusion, her head tilted to the side. Where was her mommy? He had said she was here, but Nokomis didn't see any sign of her anywhere in the room. "Where is she?" the little Zorren communicated using sign language. [member="Vulpesen"]

He motioned once more to Emilia and walked over to offer Nokomis his hand. "That's her. I know she doesn't look the same, but I promise its her. Daddy and a friend had to change how she looked so the bad guys wouldn't be able to find her." His tail flicked a bit as he offered her a smile. he knew it'd take some getting used to, but hopefully the transition wouldn't be too hard. Of course, Valen might have helped a bit when he suddenly blurted out, "SHES LIKE A SUPERHERO!"

Alexandra groaned where ever she was lain and sat up slowly as she rubbed her eyes. Last thing she remembered was vulpesen being at the temple and drugging her and th- Wait, He drugged her. That fox brained twit drugged her. With a glance around she saw him and Nokomis, her annoyance dissipating in a moment as she saw there daughter. Her ears slowly registered his words as she sat up and ran her hands to her head as she spoke. "Vulpesen, when nokomis is not around, we need to talk..." The word talk was heavily emphasized though.

Nokomis took her father's hand and nervously walked over to the woman he had claimed was her mother. She stared up at her in confusion still as the woman looked at her. Her mother had had silver hair, this woman had black hair. She looked like the polar opposite of what Alex had looked like. "You don't look like my mommy..." Nokomis's hands quickly performed the necessary motions to express what she was thinking. [member="Emilia Marean"] [member="Vulpesen"]

He let out a small laugh at Emilia's words and nodded to her. "Of course." He went to sit by her as Nokomis talked. Now deciding that it was up to his fiance to answer the questions, he left it to her to talk while Valen simply crawled onto the couch with them, sitting by his mother. No doubt the boy had missed her, no matter what she looked like.
