Strengths:

• Heavy Armor: Relies on defense for protection, military grade shields have been upgraded from base model

Weaknesses:

• Not a Wedge Shape: The ship has the lasers spread out evenly among the top, bottom, port, and starboard side, meaning that at the most, 3/4s of the armament can be firing at a single target, and when firing forward, only half
• Low Maneuverability: The ship is slow for its size, and with the limited view of many of the weapons, keeping the guns at their best angle is hard to do for faster craft
• Speed: The refit made the cruiser much heavier than its original design, but the engines were not upgraded, making it loose a lot of speed

Description
A variant of the HMC Light Shipping Cruiser, this is designed as a front line ship to make up a majority of fleets. The main area that the original design had was filled with laser banks. The number of weapons added increased the power of the ship tenfold. The ship now has a crew of 2,000 crew members, twice the normal amount because of the increased maintenance.

So to start off,

Expensive: The kyber upgrade makes the HMC HC much more expensive than most of their other ships

This isn't a valid weakness when you've got Mass-Produced as the production level.

Hyperdrive Class: Moderate: 1; backup: 15

You can remove this and leave it as numbers, a rating isn't necessary in such a fashion.

Since it's a smaller Cruiser I'd suggest adding Speed as a weakness due to it being Low rather than the typical Average rating for a ship of this size.

I think I fixed it, I put maneuverability as a weakness because of the limited view of many of the weapons.

Add in as a strength the armament, this is a lot for a 'Light Cruiser.' This is more along the lines of a Heavy Cruiser tbh, only thing light is it's dimensions.

Anyway, add the line of Speed being a weakness.
