Description: The high impact shock absorbers, are designed to allow a drops ship to land at speed on another ship or building. As the ship landed while it still be buffeted by the impact, these shock absorbers would stop the ship from being destroyed. The crew unless strapped in they would still be flung around, due to the impact. The ship it self would likely need repairs to shock absorbers after use, so it could only be used once per thread per ship. As to try it again could be deemed as suicide. That and hull integrity would have been put to the test. While it would not be compromised, other things would go wrong if anything was not bolted down properly.
It use a system of magnetorological damper, controlled by the a on board computer. This controls the magnetorological fluid and the electrical current. As the fluid pass into magnetic field by the computer, the metallic particles. The fluid would become aligned with electric current, as the computer made it is calculations. This in turn would make the fluid become stiff, and this fluid would absorb the massive shock of high speed impact.
