Koda Fett
The Pelleaon - Imperial Space

The Bounty Hunter had worked for the Galactic Empire for some time now, performing a vast amount of jobs that span from stealthy assassinations to the participation of an invasion against their sworn enemies. Either way, he had proven himself time and time again, earning his rightfully fearsome reputation that's spread deep into the Galactic Underworld. As well as his desire for high fees, the results were most definitely worth the outcome. Over his time he'd met with a series of Imperial Officers for a number of tasks, but not once had he met with Grand Moff Tanomas Graf face to face, at least not until today. Fett was asked to come visit him in regards to a new contract, what exactly he did not know, he wasn't privy to that information. Though it wasn't an offer so regularly handed out, of course the Bounty Hunter would go.

The Concord Dawn landed inside one of the many hangar bays of the Pellaeon, the Firespray's ramp lowered onto the metal flooring as the door retracted itself, allowing the Bounty Hunter to disembark with his carbine slung over his shoulder. Perhaps Koda should not of brought it with him, force of habit really, there weren't many places that taking a blaster would leave you worse off. Fett strode through the halls, his Mandalorian Armour contrasting with he black and white shades of the Star Destroyer. He had gotten his fair share of nervous looks from Imperials he passed, but none of them said anything. They must've been aware he was coming.

Finding his way upon the bridge, he disembarked the elevator and hearing the silence among the bridge. The only audible thing was the occasional command from an officer and the pressing and beeping of buttons. Then with each step he made a clank came out, he caught the brief eyes of some of the crew but never offered them a look in return. Tanomas Graf was ahead of him, and Fett simple stopped and waited.

INV PELLAEON, IMPERIAL FLAGSHIP
851 ABY - THE DARK CRUSADE

The Grand Moff stood in front of the sizeable bridge viewports, the star dreadnought's superstructure visible through it and bathed in the light from a nearby star, casting a dim glow on the old man. Beside him were two figures; one of which was a lieutenant, a clone, who handed off a datapad to Graf and departing, but not before casting a knowing glance at the bounty hunter. The other was differently dressed than the other officers, a white tunic with the rank insignia of a major, obviously one of the intelligence types. He noticed the bounty hunter and left in the same direction of the lieutenant, prompting Graf to turn.

"Ah, good. You've arrived." He noted, his beard bending into a smile. "I have been made aware that, recently, you have been a very valuable...asset...during the Empire's expansion in Wild Space. Eliminating opposition on Felacat, and taking down ships over Zenith Prime." Graf read off of the datapad in his hand "I am also aware that you are of the same origin as much of my military, Mr. Fett."

"The COMPNOR division of the Imperial Security Bureau has a mission for you, one that cannot be traced back to our agents. We want to secure an armistice with the Silver Jedi, an acknowledgment of their crushing defeat by our coalition, but we also wish to rid this Galaxy of a nuisance, the embodiment of false insurrectionism." Tanomas Graf scoffed, "Resistance, Defiance, Rebellion...ideas that can no longer be allowed to persist."

"For fifty million credits, you will eliminate Arisa Yune."

The Bounty Hunter stood still on the Command Bridge, his visor locking eyes with Graf himself. The Carbine over his shoulder remained still, his left arm against his chest of sorts whilst his thumb wrapped itself around the sling - holding it in place - once again the green of his armour a stand out among the sea of Imperial decor. "Arisa Yune is already dead..." He replied, certain of the fact. Purposely ignoring the previous question, "What else do you have to offer?" Offering to hunt down a second target of the Grand Moff's choosing. As of now, he had nobody to hunt down - anyone would be fair game.

It was true that Fett is of the same origin that their army is, he was a Fett Clone after all, but one from long ago. An original copy. These second generation clones were nothing like him though, Koda was a masterpiece even among the Clones.

Graf sneered; apparently, the Light Side of the Force was incapable of protecting its users from the most destructive powers in its realm. An asinine strategy that one would give their own life just to kill several thousand civilians, he hadn't thought the insufferable Grandmaster of the Silver Jedi Order was that tactically inept.

"An unfortunate conclusion to the fiasco that was her existence." He emphasized the word 'unfortunate', not really meaning it. "But it does save us some trouble. I do have other targets that are less important but still a thorn in the Empire's side. Valae Kitra, the new Grandmaster should make for an interesting hunt. The same price."

The Bounty Hunter merely gave a brief nod, "I've killed Jedi before, but a Grandmaster? I'll need some assistance." It would be foolish to take the Grandmaster head on. Fett didn't necessarily know a whole lot about this new Grandmaster, but he assumed the worst, if they were anything like he heard, they were meant to be the best of the Jedi. "I'll need a squadron of Stormtroopers... they won't be coming back." He said, jutting out and shaking his right hand from left to right before reverting to his original stance. The Stormtroopers weren't necessarily going to be grabbing the kill, simply a buffering force to overwhelm he Jedi whilst he himself could claim the Grandmaster's life. Even despite knowing it was meant to be off-records, he still asked away. Assuming a solution could be presented to him.

"Very well; Two platoons from the 501st Attack Batallion will be there to assist you, seventy-two troopers. I will tell you now, do not underestimate their capabilities..." Graf begun, a dark look taking over his features "...back when the Empire was a mere fragment of its current power, you may have heard of our Imperial Knights. The 501st, six hundred men, eradicated two thousand of this traitorous breed in a matter of hours, the Silver Jedi are no better. Use them to your advantage."

"You can find them over there." He pointed out of the viewport to a Victory cruiser with blue markings on the otherwise grey hull. "The Belfast. If you wish, for the bounty; tell them to kill everything except for the Grandmaster, as I hear sibling rivalry can be an annoying thing to deal with." The Grand Moff informed.

"Hmph. They'll do..." Fett grunted with a hint of annoyance, briefly looking towards the Belfast as Graf motioned towards it. When he did speak, a sense of bitterness came through, apparently he wasn't very happy to be put in the same regard as the rest of those Clones. Second, third, fourth maybe even fifth Generation. Koda was an original, as such he was far superior in his own mind. The Grand Moff even knew this, otherwise this task would just be given to his precious 501st, obviously he tempted to antagonise him for whatever reason. "Any leads?" Fett persisted.

Graf suppressed a smirk, realizing that he had broken through the hard shell of the bounty hunter. He did not continue with prodding him, though, knowing full well that the Empire would need Fett's services throughout the near future; as contrary to the perceived skills of clones, he could do things that no other hunter could hope to achieve. Apparently, this 'Jango Fett' had been the best bounty hunter in the galaxy during his time, but that was the past.

"At the moment we only know that this new Grandmaster will be at Voss; Their temples on Ossus were burned to the ground by the First Order." Graf answered, "Voss is their capital, but I suspect that their defenses will only be meager at best, easy to slip through with anything short of a fully-fledged invasion force."

"Don't expect them to come back then. I'm leaving them once I have Vitra." In truth Fett didn't care for the Clones, as much as he was one of them he was far different than all of them. Perhaps they were individuals themselves, but such recycled DNA caused them to be far more different, didn't help with Koda's augmented DNA. He never considered himself an evil person, but perhaps he was, not many good or neutral people would condemn the lives of seventy-two men. "Are they entirely infantry?" The Bounty Hunter asked once more, planning different uses for them in his head with each passing second, but with each outcome they would prove to be nothing more than a shock force to throw at the enemy.

He scowled at the words he heard, never knowing someone to be so uncaring for assets. "Very well, then. But do not be surprised if we deduct from your pay to compensate for them." He growled, annoyed at the clone. "Yes, they are entirely infantry, part of our special forces." Despite popular belief of him being a tyrant, the leader of an oppressive regime that wished to enslave the entire galaxy, he still held a soft spot for the people under his command, even if the number ranged from thousands to hundreds of millions.

"A small deduction from fifty million is hardly a deduction." He reminded the Moff. Despite his continued service to the Empire, he hadn't met the Grand Moff himself and this was his chance to let him know what the kind of man he was, a ruthless, cold and distant killer that adored nothing more than credits. That was his exterior, his interior was far different and unseen by all but one person who is now long dead. Oddly enough, a small snippet of it oozed outwards after hearing something the Moff had to say, it was unexpected, but with men in such high places not much is predictable.

"We're done here then." Fett said as he turned away from the Moff, his head rolling over the left side of his shoulder, "I'll contact you when I need the platoons in place." As the Moff prodded at him, Fett prodded at the Moff - if there was one thing he could assume, it was that this man didn't like being spoken to in such an irreverent tone. Gauging on his reaction, the Bounty Hunter may come to respect such an action, but he knew the only respect he would get from the Imperial would come after Vitra's death or capture.
