How do i create a character?? please, help me

Well, since I'm guessing you want to play Darth Canin you don't need to create a sub account. Keep the one you have now.
When you're ready, head over here: http://starwarsrp.net/forum/51-character-creation/ and examine the biography rules and template: http://starwarsrp.net/topic/229-character-creation-rules-profile-template/
Post a new thread in that forum with your biography. After that, go to factions on the top bar, choose the Sith, join them, and request a Master.
That's it!

Or if you want you can make a new character like this;
1 click on your profile pictuer to go to your profile.
2 click on "characters" Button in the top right hand corner
3 Click on "add sub account" on top left corner of the pop up.
4 make name
