Sinner's Well [Sahet'yaim]

Aurelia’s days normally have a bit of routine to them. There’s greeting visitors in the Sun Parlor bright and early, helping to make breakfast, cleaning, presenting, organizing. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Sometimes there’s dusting off things in the Archives or the task of making sure that either guests or kin of the Lord of the House are comfortable and want for nothing.

A favorite task of hers, whenever she wasn’t assisting [member="Darth Metus"], was helping tend to the gardens in the core of Sinner’s Well. It always brought her some measure of comfort and relaxation when she was there, surrounded by vibrant plants and flowers. A tranquility of the sound of rushing fountain water lapping at itself to spray a light, refreshing mist onto her pale skin. The warmth of the sun’s rays as it beamed down to dance across her arms and onto the water that nourished the flowers. The persistent calm that claimed her entire being.

She never spoke much, especially while she was within the garden. It was partially because she is Lorrdian but it was also because, for her, speaking ruined the wanderlust of roaming through the yellow and pink and blue flowers mixed with bright green leaves. Even if it were only among the paved and smooth path that centered about the stone fountain in the middle.

Thus, she wove through the lovely fauna and down the twisting path in a blue denim vest over which her fiery red hair spilled onto its gentle surface. Eyes roaming over the scene in front of her as a delicate hand graced fragile petals. Her hand-me-down staffhttps://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net...0/LSNG3.png/revision/latest?cb=20121226081019 from her father gripped in her left hand, not that it had any function other than to protect her. Though the only damage it inflicted was kinetic, it did get the job done when need be.

The girl stooped down to pick up the bucket, filling it in the fountain, and resuming her leisurely walk. The pail dipped to let out water until there was naught but air to give of itself.

At this point, Aurelia walked back to the fountain and set the metal pail down on the rough stone. Then, she herself sat down and stared into the water, remembering fondly when she and her father used to do the same while gawking at the pretty flowers. And those light and small rainbows that glittered in the mist from the cool water.

Yep, this really was the best spot in the whole Well.
