Alderaan...
The Trusty Trooper cantina...
With a wave of a hand, Kaiden motioned for the bartender to give him the key. The barkeep had received the payment to look the other way for anyone who came in. It also helped that this place was run by a former Republic soldier, who was more than happy to comply with Kaiden's request. And the fact that Kaiden gave him money also helped. Kaiden wandered away from the bar, politely thanking the bartender for his discretion.

He was wearing a heavy brown cloak, concealing his white and orange Havoc Squad armor. Marching forward through the door, he shut it behind him, quietly. The lights slowly flicked on, lighting up the gruny room. His eyes drifted to the table, which was the main focus of the backroom.

It was a long table, with a few snacks set up near the opposite end of the room. He slowly paced to the front of the long, dining hall like table. And he sat down, after removing the heavy brown cloak. He looked down at his forearm armor, polishing the Havoc Squad insignia. It was time for a new breed of Havoc, modeled after what his fellow squadmates died upholding. He blinked several times, before leaning back in the chair. Kaiden waited.

His eyes watched the door for the newcomers, new squadmates, new brothers and sisters. He smiled, eagerly awaiting their arrival. He hoped to greet them all as friends.

OOC:

Hey guys, it's time to get the ball rolling. I wanted to make sure that you guys all had a chance to introduce your characters, and show some level of commitment to the team. Hopefully you all have a good time opening your respective characters, and I am looking forward to all the opportunities that we have to roleplay together. Have fun, be nice, and follow Whedon's law.

Finally, Riley was out of Korriban. He enjoyed being there with his commanding officer was the sergeant of his company. One day when he was in the barracks of Korriban he received an invitation to a squad of elite commandos. Without thinking he accepted it and left Korriban, effective immediately.

After the invitation he received his new armor that signified he was in Havoc Squad and was given a location where the members of the squad would meet up. Riley finally arrived to Alderaan from a cruiser ship and walked to the location. The newly commando arrived to the location which looked like a bar and a bartender who saw him in his new armor told him where the group would be meeting at.

He marched towards the door and knocked and entered through it. As he entered the room he encountered a man who was wearing the same armor as him. He saluted the man and was in an attention stance saying, "Riley Stryker reporting for duty, sir," he didn't know if the man was the commander or a higher ranking officer but he did it to not be disrespectful.

This was an interesting place to meet up but then when you have shared a team with Steph Zenima.... there was few things that could surprise you. The Vahla stood in the light armor with a look on her face. She enjoyed the Havoc armor but it was to stiff for her body and to heavy in many ways, this she could move in and walk. Securing the black cloak while her tattoo shown and she got the directions to the back room. Her senses expanding out and eyes going back and forth as she took the hood off and gave a small sneer. Her enjoyment was there though seeing Doc or Papa as he now called himself and she took in the sight of the other man letting herself find a seat. The black armor gleaming under the black cloak. She was part of the old guard if nothing else and was looking at what could happen to all of them. "Fun place."

[member="Riley Stryker"] walked in first, which brought a smile to Kaiden's face. He leaned back in the seat, and gestured to a seat."Have a seat. We'll begin as soon as everyone gets here."The kid seemed alright enough, thought what he brought to the table, literally and figuratively, mattered more. He smiled when he looked up at Willa.

"So you're not dead. Funny. Thought you were, the way you disappeared and all."He quipped at [member="Willa Isard"], smiling at the alumni of Havoc squad. He appreciated her company, and more importantly, her return. The Vahla would be a helpful asset to the team.

Ori'Alor Tal'Verda

Leader of the True Mando'Ade
[member="Willa Isard"] [member="Riley Stryker"] [member="Kaiden 'Papa' Rohn"]

Ori walked in, wearing the standard Havoc Squad Armor, with a Jedi Robe over the armor. Ori took off her helmet and sat down, among people she hoped to count among her friends and allies before too long. "My Husband, myself, a few friends are starting to work with some Phrik we gathered." Ori said, gesturing down to her armor "This may look VERY different when you see it next." Ori was inspecting the helmet, waiting for things to get going, trying to be polite. "So Boss, what's our first move?" Ori Asked, putting the helmet on the table she was sitting beside "I may be a Jedi, but I am not a wuss." Ori pulled her pistol out of it's holster out of nowhere, seemingly just remembering something, and quickly ejected the magazine and pulled the slide. a single round poped out of the ejection port and into Ori's hand, as she put the pistol back in it's holster. "Sorry." Ori said, sheepishly "I had to make sure it was empty, I don't want anyone to get hurt."

Fade as she like to be herself no days. Walking into the place in her old ragged cape keep over her personal choice of clothing. On her untily belt was a med field pack. Along with her personal weapons of choice. As she did only after getting to the table seeing the ones gathered at the table. It somewhat of mix modpod of fellow soldiers. Taking down her own cloak from her face. Giving each one of her personal smile. It was what hidden behind that smile only knew of one thing. There was more to this green skinned medic. "So, I guess I"m not late to this party.", letting her eyes look at each one before a smirk.

"I guess I get to enjoy myself, as I see you haven't gotten yourself in brawl or shot up," giving a light chuckle. Before finding herself sitting down putting her feet up on the table. Ordering came next as waved her much tattooed hand to order her favor drink. Bring it to her had nice sweet odor. Taking the sip of the stout tea with a hint of rum.

Kaiden seemed unphased by the woman popping a round. What was more curious, was her waste of a bullet, and withdrawing of a firearm in the company of heavily-armed persons. Kaiden sniffed, smiling at the two newcomers.

"Waiting on a few more people, then we'll get started."

This'll be a blast.

The Cantrosian strolled through the Trusty Trooper with a strut in his step and a swish of the tail, handily ignoring the patrons who stared at him as if he were a toy to be won from a carnival game. It was fine, if anybody thought about taking him home to dazzle their women with oohs, aws and ahhs then they had another thing coming.

He had been invited, likely for his peculiar skills in demolitions but possibly because every crack team of on-the-edge soldiers needs a mascot.

Brill wanted it to be the former.

Scurrying into the room the Cantrosian looked up (as small feline-humanoids were want to do) at those who had already gathered. Height didn't bother him, he was so short that it was almost an advantage in being that nobody quite knew how to deal with the tiny furry menace.

“'Ello ello ello, what's crackin' fellas?” Brill asked, before revealing a large smirk, the green goggles over his eyes glinting somewhat mischievously. “And dames, of course.”

Kiyron walked in slowly, duffel bag slung over one shoulder, and cap skewed slightly to one side. He tossed the bag into a corner, grunting in pain as he did so, before turning to adjust a small device around his wrist. Supposedly a pain killer. It didn't seem to be working real well though. Or maybe it just took a lot more than whatever it was to help with the pain resulting from a pint-sized raccoon deciding to try and blast you to pieces with a starship's proton torpedo. The doctors hadn't wanted him to leave the hospital yet, but he pulled some rank and prestige enough to convince them to attend. That may have a been a bad decision.

He took a seat, slowly sinking into it, but not leaning back. He had no intention of his back touching anything more than his uniform shirt.

"Well..." Kiyron began slowly, face pinched in a grimace. "Looks like this will be more interesting than that shindig on Empress Teta I missed." He gave a small salute [member="Kaiden 'Papa' Rohn"]. "Nice of you to hold the meeting somewhere I could get to."

For Lily, there was a particular system of quality for a Bounty Hunter in this galaxy. A plethora of criminal scum worked in the Outer Rim Territories, the lowest in the personal-made hierarchy and most populated. They often did dirty and gritty things, nothing too high paying. Something for a local governor or business owner. Sometimes you might get some work on a warring planet or system. Then there was the Mid-Rim, less populated but better jobs. You start getting frequent assassination contracts. It required more skill than the Outer Rim to stay alive, and avoid the authorities. Then there was the Inner Rim, that's where the bounty hunters who an stay alive began to earn the real big credits. You start working for actual factions and not local governmental bodies. Whilst this hierarchy didn't truly exist, it's how Lily as a bounty hunter perceived things. And she had just begun branching out her 'business' into the Mid Rim when she got caught up with the Galactic Republic. So that is why she was here today.

The young Keshiri strode through the doors, seething with anger and frustration. She had been busted and given a choice. Her crimes were to be met with a death sentence, or she could work for Havoc Squad as their sniper. She had no other choice. She wore her insignia ALS-XI reconnaissance armour, unique in production. The piece comprised only of an armorweave bodysuit, a chest plate and helmet. It wasn't designed for close-quarters combat or defence but for it's array of gadgets. It made her an incredibly versatile opponent, but it also made her an easy target. She pulled out the chair, the legs screeching against the floor. She wanted to let everyone know just how furious she was about her predicament. She didn't want to be here, but she knew as a Bounty Hunter, you had to do what you had to do to stay alive. She sat down in her chair, kicking two feet up onto the table and crossing them. Her arms remained folded across her chest. Her face concealed by her helmet.

Kaiden 'Papa said:
"So you're not dead. Funny. Thought you were, the way you disappeared and all."
Willa looked at Papa and spoke. "Jedi were going anti anything not them. Vahla's have a rep for not being friends with jedi." She still had a smirk on her face though while she looked to the others arriving and brushed one of her braids behind her ear. She looked at [member="Ori'Alor Tal'Verda"] who sat down and drew her weapon as she flicked her eyes. A jedi joining wasnt a bad thing if anything it might give them that edge they needed while her hands moved to tap the table observing [member="Fadeyka"] and [member="Kiyron "]. She was looking at all of them and the sound, the sight of Brill had her giving a nod while a pang of disappointment came.... Damn she missed Steph who would have made a party like this exciting. Maybe she could convince [member="Brill"] to do several lines of spice. "Well looks like a party now."

A very large, very big, and very angry figure loomed its way into the room.

Popo was extremely displeased.

He'd received quiet word that a certain Republic soldier had decided to go off and disobey certain restrictions and parameters as well as requisition unauthorized funds for a unit that was not approved for funding within the Republic military. Normally, Popo was fairly laid back about many things. Unfortunately, too many proverbial toes had been stepped on and the Supreme Chancellor had come to personally crack skulls over it.

"PRIVATE ROHN! Front and center!" bellowed the massive Shell Hutt.

Miles walked into the cantina, helmet under his arm and checked his forearm mounted data pad to ensure the location was correct. He saw a large slug(@Popo) in his way and walked around it to the bar to order a pint of a new popular drink, Circe Green Ale and sat down at the bar.

To himself he noted, Looks like a Motley Crew we have here.

Kaiden smiled at Willa's comeback, leaning forward and tapping his knuckles. Her wit hadn't faltered, that was for sure. He smiled at the Vahla. He spoke warmly."Good to have you back, Willa."His eyes drifted over to [member="Brill"] entering the room."I assume you're the man who makes things go boom? Be wonderful to have you on the team."He smiled at him, looking forward to the man's help. Man. He didn't see much else to him, hell, his old squad leader was half the size he was, and more dangerous.

[member="Kiyron "]saluted him. How nice of him. Kaiden smiled and acknowledged him with a respectful nod."Of course, Havoc is the definition of interesting. Glad you make it out of the medbay."The man was probably the best sniper in the Republic, if not the galaxy, at the moment.

[member="Luminous"] was up next. Kaiden pulled the strings to get her out of the executioner's chair. Rather wall, since they shot them nowadays. At least, in his experience. He leaned forward, the only of the people in the room he did it for."I'd be a little happier to be, you know, not dead or not in prison."

Kaiden's eyes drifted upwards to the last of the squadron picks, [member="Miles Varden"]."Motley crew...is the loose definition. We're a band of ragtags, misfits, and outcasts."Kaiden began to drift around the group, lingering on each person. He was now speaking to the group.

"You are here because you volunteered, or I asked you to, or this is your last chance. Either way, welcome to Havoc Squad. You are the finest and best in your fields, because you do not play by the rules. We are specialists in unorthodox training, tactics, and ways to kill Sith, or whomever gets in the way of the Republic."He glanced around slowly."I did not reform Havoc squad to benefit the Republic, solely. I love the Republic. And in time, you all will appreciate the Republic as well. Contrary to popular belief, the Republic is a good alternative to whatever regime, powers-that-be, or whomever decide to take over."He slowly stood up, activating a small hologram on the table. It first, showed a symbol of Havoc squad. Then, a picture of Coruscant. It was burning, destroyed, soldiers everywhere. He leaned forward."I am organizing this to take back our home from the Sith. You all are the best chance, outside the Jedi, of us doing that. The Republic is something worth fighting for. I can guarantee you that."

Then, the fat ugly Hutt came in. [member="Popo"] spoke, but he stared at him blankly before snapping back at the Hutt."It's Sergeant Rohn. You're not in Havoc, you're not welcome here. We can talk after we're done, Popo."Kaiden's lack of care for the powers that be showed in his blunt, quick statement.

Simone peered round from behind the Supreme Chancellor, eyes flicking over those present. Muscle heads mostly. A lot of brawn and not a lot of brain, an eyebrow arched as she caught a glimpse of a former Mandalore. Funny how the tables turn for some people, one minute your on top, the next your rock bottom, rubbing shoulders with meatheads and pretending that's what you wanted all along. She moved from behind [member="Popo"] to stand alongside him, leather satchel over her shoulder datapad in her hand.

"Ragtags, misfits and outcasts that want to fight for the Republic but totally disregards the Supreme Chancellor? Well isn't that a frakked up concept." Simone said with a smile, stepping from behind the Chancellor to stand next to him, folding her arms and committing faces to memory.

"Not anymore, you're not," Popo growled at the upstart soldier before him. "You'll hand me your stripes and haul your rear back to base to report for PT at 06:00 tomorrow morning, Private Rohn. Anything outside of that and you'll be looking at a Courts Martial, am I understood?"

With this, the Supreme Chancellor turned to the rest of the group standing around, taking care not to bump into [member="Simone"] or knock anything over. The bar was not, unfortunately, proportional for a Hutt.

"The Havoc Project is now on hold indefinitely! Should it restart, you will be notified and given the chance to opt for the selection process."

((Hi can i join? i'm new to this website and i was wondering if i could rp in this thread as my first one to date))

A white and green lieutenant would soon appear in the cantina and approach the commander with will all do respect
"Our home is really indeed dear to not only you but all of us as well." He would say simply, but still he was late for this big oppertunity to join the Havoc squad though he would do small care to the matter

Oh dear. Just don't move, nobody can see you if you don't move.

The massive slug slithered into the backroom and received just the right amount of welcome that Hutts deserved (which is to say, not a lot). Of course, it didn't help that Brill was already poised to dislike the creature from the start, the majority of his life had been spent being the little guy on Tattooine. There were a choice few species that the furry menace wanted to keep far from, Rodians and Gamorreans included, but Hutts...Hutts were all greedy cut-throat swindlers with no care or concern who they karked over in their spare time and the Cantrosian saw Popo in that very same light.

“Yeesh,” Brill commented, itching furiously behind his ear and going against the not moving policy, “talk about your awkward moments, yeah?”

Kaiden Rohn had brought him here with a proposal that had interested him, he had done the legwork to gather a motley crew that truly represented the spirit of its former glory. He had done his research, read about the impressive strike against Warlord Fekess upon Saleucami. Why was it impressive? Because between a Jedi, a spice addict, a space otter and a man with twenty stims jammed into his shoulder they had won. Defied the odds and had done so in a manner that was so hilarious that a creature like Brill could only jump at the chance of joining such a legacy.

He had been intrigued by havoc, not order.

“Yo, Pinko, you said the words yerself. Ragtags, misfits, outcasts. Yeah, exactly the type of character to respect the man. But hey, turn down free help as ya like, neither here nor there for me.” Sending a nod at Kaiden, he bared that manic smile in the man's direction. “You get a ball rollin', you call me.” That was it, then as soon as he had entered, he had left.

Probably to find a warm windowsill to nap in.

Willa looked up and over less from interest and more from boredom while she listened to the others and what was happening. Her eyebrow raising and hand going through her hair while she rose. "I'm with Brill, once the ball is rolling call me, this is supposed to be a family of misfits who don't work with the others. For good or bad Rohn you know that, if we're on ice then let the others handle it and wait for the next regime change. Those have been happening pretty frequently of late." She offered a smile and then looked at the [member="Commander Sharky"] who had arrived while popping her shoulders. "What's your name kid?
