[Braha Saca]

Braha Saca followed Verd, and [member="Tmoxin Temi"]'s ships down to the hangar. He had already chosen his kit and prepared for close quarters combat. Hes kit included a beskaad, 2 'flash' 4 pistols, and some extra ammunition for his blasters. He had his JT-12 jetpack that he was given on his 17h birthday from his adoptive father, and it had become somewhat a good luck charm to him.he also had a wrist rocket launcher primed and ready to use with a seeking anti vehicle rocket. And a flame thrower on his other wrist. He had alao grabbed a couple cuncussion grenades, but he had also thouh to bring a couple thermal detonators as well, just for insurance. He liked to play with all sorts of weapons as a kid, amd this was a potential chance to show off. No sence in waisting it, he thought.

Leilani was not pleased with herself at the moment this unexpected setback was becoming quite the annoyance. She tried her best not to moan in pain in truth it hurt a great deal. She finally found her composure enough to where she could look up into the face of the very person she was looking to meet.

Dr. the mid point between my knee and my hip is the single most painful point. Each time I try to flex my foot the pain radiates from there and travels the length of my leg. Leilani closed her eyes for a moment I feel such a fool I should have been watching better. Leilani looked down at her leg while this would become a very interesting story at some point in the future today it was not.

Doctor, any idea how bad it is? Ok so if the nurse was bringing a guerney then perhaps they would be taking her to the clinic, and if she was at the clinic then perhaps she could find some of the information that was needed. Perhaps. As much as she hated this, she could not help but admit it was timed perfectly to help her out.

Verd walked to his craft's small hangar area and started up his 4 seater airspeeder and drove out of his ship pullin it up beside [member="Tmoxin Temi"]'s yacht. He then got out and opened the passenger side door for her. After seeing her "bodyguard" and lookimg him ovr, he had determined that the man wasn't a bodyguard, at least not a conventional bodyguard. He seemed to be just standing there, and when Verd had opened the door for Temi, the , an hadn't even raised an eyebrow. He merely just opened a door and let himself in. He wasn't very focused onguarding her at all. He filed the information away for later and got back in the drivers seat and knowing that Braha was going to take a speederbike from his own ship, left the hangar and started taking them throuh the city. While on he way he used his helmet's comm system, grateful for the fact that it was soundproof, he commed Temi, to ler him know "we are en route vod, we will be there shortly." After making said call to [member="Armand Temi"], he turned the noise canceling function off and asked. "So, why exactly did you want to see your brother so bad that you gave up a prisoner to do so?" He glanced over in [member="Tmoxin Temi"]'s direction to allow her to know he was ralking to her. Of course he didnt need to look in her direction to see her, as his helmet had a 360 degree view hud. This was just his lame excuse to make small talk on the way to the medcenter.

 

[Lurcano Car'dann]

Location: En route to Hapes
Objective: Protect Tmoxin Temi

Tmoxin Temi: "Prudii, we're coming out in the hangar. Looking for you or the speeder we're supposed to take."

Lurcano followed Tmoxin down the stairs into the hangar. He took this opportunity to start looking around the capital city of Hapan. It was different from Nar Shaddaa, though that was an understatement. It looked like the cover of a brochure. Everything so perfect and neat. 'Well I guess that's natural when you've got a government ran by woman. Naturally a few things are going to change. He glanced at Tmoxin before saying,

Lurcano Car'dann: "So where is this guy we're supposed to be meeting?"

[Armand Temi]

Armand signaled to Aerona to start moving the female Zeltron towards his clinic. He listened to her explain her injury. "Hopefully you're just bruised but I'm going to order some x-rays to rule out any broken bones. Did you happen to hit your head? And do you hurt anywhere else?" She was alert and talking which was a really good sign that nothing too serious was wrong and that she wasn't in shock.

The doors to Dr. Temi's clinic opened automatically. The Hapan doctor spoke to the the pink-skinned, dark-haired beauty as a surgical droid began taking her blood pressure and other routine bio checks. "The day to day operations for The Fountain of Youth Clinic is mostly for cosmetic procedures but lately I've used it perform a tricky cybernetic limb replacement. Of course I have no long-term plans to turn it into a specialized surgery unit but it's set up for any type of urgent care just the same." He hoped this reassured her that he wasn't just an unimportant plastic surgeon.

His assistant Aerona attended to another client who had walked in. That is my morning appointment, thought Armand. Just regenerative cell injections which Aerona could handle.

"I'm going to take you into a private room," said Armand motioning to the droid to move the Zeltron further into the clinic and into an empty and sterile examination room. "There we'll get started on some x-rays. And what did you say your name was again?"

She was so very pretty and he felt enormously attracted to her but then he remembered the fabled Zeltron pheromones. Perhaps that was heightening the chemistry. Either way, it was going to be difficult to keep his focus with this particular patient. He busied himself with entering her information into his datapad to keep him occupied.

[Tmoxin Temi]

"Prudii, it's good to see you again," Tmoxin said to the Mandalorian after he opened the door for her. Manners were important, she thought, whether you were opening the door of a private yacht or negotiating over a captive in a cold prison cell. And Prudii seemed to have them in either case. Tmoxin wore straightforward business attire today - a black suit and heels - but her blaster was strapped to her underneath her clothing in a holster.

After they had gotten into the speeder which would take them to Armand's clinic near the Fountain Palace she was caught off guard by the familiar sights of her homeworld. It had been a long time since she had been back. Everything looked unfamiliar yet just the same. "So, why exactly did you want to see your brother so bad that you gave up a prisoner to do so?" Prudii asked her. The fact that she couldn't actually see his face talking to him was a little unsettling.

"Obviously you didn't grow up on Hapes," she said smiling. "But like the Mandalorians, family ties are extremely important to our people." She looked over at Lurcano who was silently looking out the window at the city sights. "My brother and I have grown estranged over the recent months and that concerns me and my family. His place is here on Hapes," she said coldly and as if he had no choice in the matter. "And certainly not out with you in some terrorist organization causing havok." All of her displeasure seemed reserved for her brother, not Prudii. Tmoxin's face remained impassive, even though her words were direct. She said nothing about the black market patent she was hunting for.

She turned to Lurcano who asked where they were going. "We're going to my brother's medical clinic."

She asked the next question to Prudii in a noticeably softer voice: "Are you close with Armand? How did the two of you meet?"

Leilani nodded when appropriate, smiled when she felt slightly odd, and then began to think about his question, had she hit her head? Suddenly she felt like she was stumbing over her words only because she couldn't remember and therefore could not give a direct answer, Dr. I her shoulders dropped a bit as she thought can't remember if I hit my head. He was quite the talkative one.

The information about his clinic and what he had been using it for as of late, and what his plan down the road was. But then he was most likely trying to reassure her that even though the main reason this facility existed was cosmetic, he was quite capable of checking out her leg. A private room. Why did she feel the need to repeat that, it wasn't like he wanted to be alone with her for romantic reasons.

For a moment she let herself forget why she was here and looked at the good doctor. Hapans were known for their perfection in features, yes the doctor did have elegant regal features. As she looked him over she could see that he had taken the same opportunity to look at her.

My name is Leilani Paaie, and as you can probably tell I'm a Zeltron. She smiled at him this time as she began to grind her teeth slightly from the pain. The pheromones were rolling off of her she however did not try to project images into his mind, she really wanted him to look at her leg and see if she was ok.

This is my first visit to Hapes and it seems it will be quite memorable Dr., her voice strained some, as her hand reached over and grabbed the edge of the framework that supported her, her fingers curled around as her knuckles began to turn white. How long will the x-rays take? and I'm really sorry if I've interrupted your appointment schedule.

"I certaimly don't believe in all of the actions of all of our members. And I have not known about any terrorist attacks the rebel alliance has committed." Verd said in his defense. "Such tactics are crude, and lack honor, and because of that, you will never see a mandalorian operate in that manner. I myself had just joined the alliance recently, because of all the good they stood for and all of the evils they had taken up arms against." Verd realized what he had said and quickly tried to fix his mistake. " I dont ,mean the ravens either. I have no quarrel with hem, except for the fact that you had taken our top squadron's leader. That was when I decided to stand against you, but now that the situation is resolved, I don't view you or your faction as enemies." He hoped he hadn't made too much of a fool out of himself. He didn't see the rebellion as a terrorist movement, and in fact, they had taken great risks to ensure minimal, if any, civillian casualties happened on their watch. At least to the best of his knowledge. "As for my relationship with your brother, I view him as a broher as well. He and I had met on a salvage mission not too long ago, where he was medical personel in case one of the salvagers had gotten injured somehow. It was there with another of my rebel friends, that [member="Armand Temi"] and I had met, and his interests in the Alliance were discovered. After that, he and I met in a bar in the outer rim, and settled for a drink as we talked about rebel things." Verd paused. " As it turns out, he made a stupid comment that made the whole bar go mad with rage, and attack us. We made it out, and that was his initiation to the group pretty much anywho."
He looked over towards [member="Tmoxin Temi"] once more, and said "I joined to support my vod, the one following us on the speeder bike. His family was murdered in front of him by he one sith. It happened during the invasion of Alderaan. If it weren't for my father's unit of warriors, he would have had the same fate. He joined the republic to fight hem, while I joined the alliance to support him. It was the best I could do not to leave my clan and still be there for him. " he said truthfully, hoping she could understand it was.

After Verd left, Braha slipped a tracking beacon onto Tmoxin Temi's yacht's communication relay. It was small enough to go undetected, and was programmed to only transmit its location when the relay was sending out a comm signal of some sort. He hoped he wouldn't have to use it, but it was better to be safe than sorry. After doing this, he hopped on his speederbike, and caught up with Verd. The ride gave him a chance to think and clear his head. He was a pilot, and he could fly with both hands tied behind his back, he thought. But there was something mind blowing about riding a speederbike, with the wimd whippimg by at great speeds. It was calming, and helped him focus. All he had to do now was follow verd to the clinic and provide a neutral party advice, and protection with Verd.

As the two spoke, Lurcano continued to survey his surroundings. They got there midway through the Mandalorians speech but the two continued to speak as if Lurcano wasn't there. He tried to hold his mouth shut as long as he could but he eventually relented to his inner desire of opening his mouth when it should just remain shut. As soon as the Mandalorian finished speaking, he cut in before Tmoxin could say anything.

[Tmoxin Temi]

Tmoxin listened to Prudii's defense of the Rebel Alliance. Again, he showed no animosity towards her directly even after she threatened to kill one of his allies. She felt the urge to get defensive but kept her mouth shut and quietly took in all he explained. And especially after he described how he had met Armand, she felt closer to Prudii somehow because he was close to her brother. She turned her head slightly to see if she could glimpse his "vod" on the speeder bike but she saw no one.

The Hapan officer began to speak but Lurcano suddenly said: "I hate to interrupt, but we've arrived at the clinic."

"Good," replied Tmoxin. Her Hapan manners took over: "Prudii, I would like to continue our conversation at another time if you would allow me. Your insight into the Rebel Alliance is something I value." It was the first time Prudii would notice the resemblance between Tmoxin and Armand in the way they spoke and carried themselves.

She put a hand on Lurcano's knee, hoping the Mando would think she was just being flirtatious. She leaned into the Nagai and whispered into his ear: "I want you to look around for anything strange in my brother's clinic. Any illegal bio-tech, blackmarket patent, whatever, just try to have a good look around." She hoped Prudii hadn't heard her. She added in a gentle touch to Lurcano's cheek to make the flirtation convincing.

"Are we ready?" she asked.

Just then Braha pulled up on his speeder bike. "Sorry Im late. my speeder was giving me some trouble." He said pointing to the smoke coming from his engine. "I managed to do a quick patch job, but it won't go up to full speed for very long right now." he looked over at Miss Temi's 'bodyguard' and switched his helmet to internal comm only, and asked Verd "You do know that he doesn't act like other bodyguards I have seen." and waited for Verd's reply. [Lurcano Car'dann]

Location: Fountain of Youth Clinic
Objective: Search the office

Tmoxin Temi: "Good," replied Tmoxin. "Prudii, I would like to continue our conversation at another time if you would allow me. Your insight into the Rebel Alliance is something I value." She put a hand on Lurcano's knee, hoping the Mando would think she was just being flirtatious. She leaned into the Nagai and whispered into his ear: "I want you to look around for anything strange in my brother's clinic. Lurcano grunted, and resisted the urge to move or do much of anything while this was going on. 'I take it back, the wine was a terrible idea. How the fuck am I supposed to concentrate on what she's saying while she's doing that?' Despite this, Lurcano heard Tmoxin and he added in a coy smile for the Mandlorians' sake, and little grab and squeeze for his. 'She's going to get me for that later. But who cares. Definitely worth it. Guess she must've forgotten about my telepathy? Or maybe she knew exactly what she was doing.' Lurcano chuckled silently and began to walk towards the clinic doors.

Lurcano Car'dann: "Must be. Let's get going, I'm eager to meet the other Temi."

He entered her name into his datapad and then noticed that Leilani was in quite a bit of pain. Armand pulled on a pair of gloves.

"The x-rays will only take minutes. But first let me get you a sedative," he said. Dr. Temi drew out a Perigen patch and lifted her sleeve to apply the patch. "Let me know if you need more of that - it's only a small dose. Now lie on your back and try to stay still. The droid will do the x-rays."

Armand's surgical droid came over and scanned Leilani from her head to her feet. As he checked the x-rays, mostly to distract himself from the Zeltron's shapely form that now lay prone on the examination table, but also to distract her from the pain, he asked:"What brings you to Hapes?"

[Tmoxin Temi]

Tmoxin exited the speeder and didn't wait for her escorts. She strode right into The Fountain of Youth Clinic and marched up to the counter where Aerona stood. Her brother was going to play by her rules as he always had. And that went for anyone who stood in her way.

"I need to see Dr. Temi," she demanded.

"Oh hello Tmoxin, he's with a patient now," Aerona said.

"I don't care, I'm going back there," she said. Tmoxin walked to the back of the clinic, ignoring Aerona's protests. But the door to the examination room where her brother and Leilani, her secret agent, had a window and she could see that Armand was in there with the Zeltron Raven. She smiled and backed away.

Tmoxin came back out into the waiting room and caught up with Prudii, Lurcano and Braha.

"I thought it best not to disturb the doctor," she said with a hint of amusement. She suddenly remembered that Lurcano was telepathic. She sent him a message: I will distract Prudii and his friend. You go look around the clinic.

"Why don't we wait over here, Prudii?" she asked motioning to the waiting room with comfortable seating and holomags for impatient clients.

Verd saw more han he wanted to see. Sometimes this whole 360 degree vision was a pain, but it gave him all the intel he needed to complete most tasks. He must remain rational, amd retain the ability to use logic. He noticed that they had acted like they were close at this moment when they hadn't so much as looked at each other. His logic told him that either they were together, or something was up. He couldn't hear what they had said, but he, glad for the ability to communicate without being heard replied to Braha. "Yeah, I've noticed." He said irritatingly then disabling that function, he replied to [member="Tmoxin Temi"] "Of course, any time you are free just give me a call and we can meet up to chat." He started towards the door as well, keeping both Tmoxin and [member="Lurcano Car'dann"] in his field of vision, which wasn't hard.
"Lets meet [member="Armand Temi"] ."

 

[Verd Skirata]

"Of course." He said glad to have a chance to talk to [member="Tmoxin Temi"]. He walked over and sat down in the spot she had indicated and used his silent communicator to tell [member="Braha Saca"] "Keep an eye on the oher guy, while I chat with miss Temi."

 

[Braha Saca]

"Alright will do vod." Braha replied and acted like he was looking on a shelf with some trinkets on it. But secretly, he kept an eye on [member="Lurcano Car'dann"]

She smiled as the sedative began to take affect, it may have been just a little but a little would do her. It also did something else, it lowered her inhibitions to where her control slipped. "I came to find a handsome hapan doctor she smiled seductively at him. She lay there looking up, And I'm looking for Naboo Night Pearls, they are quite unique. She tried not to move she wanted to cross her legs to show their shape.

She felt soft, warm, exceptionally welcoming, she lifted her right hand and put it behind her head Do you know if there are pearls here I've already located the doctor. She was openly beginning to flirt with him. Maybe if I am a good patient I can show the doctor ways that zeltrons relax. Her gaze settled upon his eyes, it was getting hot, she took her other hand and loosened her shirt some.

Is it broke doctor? she whispered softly.

Objective: Deal with Mandlorian

Lurcano nodded as the thoughts from Tmoxin filtered into his head. Two thoughts immediately came to him. 'Going to be a bit hard to search it with this other Mandlorian breathing down my neck.' The Mandlorian that Tmoxin wasn't talking to was browsing through some books so Lurcano was in the clear for now, but he would surely notice if he left the room. The second thought that filtered into his head was, 'Ha, I knew it. She definitely didn't forget about my telepathy. I've never had a Hapanese woman.' Lurcano resisted the urge to laugh out loud, but he needed a way to shake the Mandlorian on his tale. After thinking for a few moments, nothing came to him. 'Well shite, I guess that leaves on option.' He turned and began to face the receptionist. He asked her loud enough for the Mandlorian browsing the books to hear, but low enough as to not draw any suspicion on himself.

Lurcano Car'dann: "Where can I find the bathroom?"

The receptionist smiled at him before pointing the way. He nodded his head thanks before walking down the hall way into the bathroom. He didn't check to see whether the Mandlorian was following. 'Either he'll follow, and I'll put my plan into action; or I'm a paranoid shit and I can do whatever snooping I want to do. Lurcano entered the bathroom and as the door closed quietly behind him, he quickly moved into the first stall; got up on the toilet and balanced precariously on it so that the Mandlorian couldn't see his legs or any other part of his body for that matter. 'Now I wait.'
